Being close to the Detroit Airport was our main reason for staying at this hotel. It was only about a 10 minute driver early in the morning. We had to turn in our rental car and by staying close it was a breeze.

The hotel does not have free parking, so we had to book a parking space by scanning a QR code. But unfortunately, not everyone on the planet has a smart phone. That made booking a parking space a challenge. We did have two fantastic staff members at the front desk that helped us immensely to book a parking space. It would be nice if there were a couple of parking spaces where people could use a charge card to pay for the space. This would allow more people to access the parking lot.

Room was dirty, bathroom had been used toilet and sink dirty, some wet goo on the floor i stepped in! Lots of thick gunk around fridge and phone. Edges of carpet had a thick layer of dust dirt. I didn't stay. Asked for a refund.

The room I stayed was very run down…Bathroom door was missing big pieces at the bottom, walls were very badly in need of painting and walls very thin could hear everything

Hot part of buffet was down , and no replacement for hot section

Because the buffet was half down they didn’t charge me for parking on site. Who the hell charges customers staying at their hotel for parking. They made me use a site to wave the parking fee because the issue buffet issue otherwise they would have changed me for parking????????

It was ok.

When I inquired about a printer for some work I needed to print, the front desk printed it out for me.

There was no body wash in the shower. I called down to the front desk and I was given a recommendation to use the shampoo.👀 I didn’t respond because it wasn’t right. She then offered to bring me a bar of soap.

Old tired dark rooms in what could be a nice hotel!

Breakfast was pretty good and the location was great as a prompt shuttle took you to the airport. Overall a friendly staff at this location. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and roomy.

There was a hectic and somewhat chaotic check in process. But the room itself was very dark with old furniture and somewhat depressing and it looked like a hospital room. I paid extra for a living room but it was pretty useless and not comfortable with more old dark furniture.

The bathroom did not drain well, AC was old (no temperature setting, just a dial), breakfast was missing some usual items

On most nights we came in after 11:00pm and our keys wouldn’t work.

Liked that our room was on the first floor.

Had to call the front desk twice to request toilet paper. NO ONE answered. I had to go to the desk and get it. The toilet was super low and had difficulty getting up.
