Well run older hotel

Nothing.

First room had food on the floor. Moved to another room. Water pooled in tub while showering. Found long dark hairs in tub & shower curtain. Sink drain had no stopper or even a trap; just metal ring around the drain. Tub looked dirty but I think it’s because there was no porcelain on it. Even the light switch in the bathroom was dirty. The next morning the bottoms of my feet were black with dirt. I assume it was due to filthy carpet.

Nice place to stay at a very good price with friendly service.

The staff was friendly and ver accommodating as we arrived early and they were able to check us right in. The shuttle service is a real plus to the airport, and you can not beat the price to stay here.

I wish there were more than 2 towels in the room. The room says no smoking but there is a thick smoke smell that is lingering or embedded in the carpet.

The ladies at the front desk could use some extra training on customer service and how to speak to customers, not everyone is familiar with hotel policies and should not be treated as if they do. Every guest should be treated as if it was their first time every time!!

Rooms far from reception. If you get stuck at the access gates to the blocks of your card malfunctions , you have to walk back to reception to get ur cards activated . Not very nice aboutf you have shopping bags or luggage

I like the fact that it offers free shuttle service from the airport. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is pretty decent.

Well, the shuttle service does not have a fixed schedule, and for us that was an obstacle, ince we don't have US numbers, so we had to look for other ways to get in touch with the service. The bathroom could have been better- they could have placed us an extra roll of toilet paper, we couldn't use the shower, so instead the lower faucet, and the equipment was broken.

Comfortable stay close enough to the airport.

The bed was wonderful and the room was very comfortable. However, the carpet could use some serious cleaning. The bathroom was a little small, but was adequate for what I needed. Good choices of eating nearby.

Breakfast could have been significantly better. There are fruits available that are COVID protocol friendly. You can have apples, oranges, and bananas individually wraped.

easy access from expressway. very close to airport if that’s what you needed. The staff was very friendly and quickly solved any issues.

It is old and dated. there was some issues with cleanliness in the room as if it hadn’t been cleaned “good” in a long while. Spider webs and dust in the corners and ceiling. no vending available.

The property is set up like a apartment complex with parking in front of your room. Very convenient shuttle to the airport included.

Great value for the money, comfortable, extremely nice staff, free shuttle from the airport.

The bed was comfortable, nice television with several cable channels, nothing new or fancy but I knew it wouldn't be. I really liked the free shuttle from the airport. It was there for myself and others when the plane arrived, didn't have to wait or call them. It does not have central heat or air, but the room was able to keep at my desired temperature.

The website still advertises free breakfast buffet that looks delicious, this was in September 2021.. I know a lot has changed due to Covid, didn't expect a lot, but at least a machine that dispenses juice and coffee, and hopefully a few choices of individual packaged items "grab and go" as other places have. There was nothing, not even bottled water. Please update the website that breakfast is temporarily not provided due to Covid, as that was my only disappointment.

Very nice accommodations and the front desk clerk was extremely helpful.

The front desk asked if I was traveling alone and when I said yes, she said they had me in a building on the far side of the property. I informed her that I would be taking the 5 am shuttle to the airport. I had a large suitcase and a carryon. She offered to move me to the building right next to the lobby since it would be dark when I was walking up front in the morning. Also I wouldn't have to wrestle with my luggage that far. She put me in the building where the flight crews stay so it would be very quiet. I am in my early 70's and it was much appreciated.

I did not see anything that needed improvement. It was late and I went straight to my room.

Desk lady was amazing I would come back for her alone she was so nice and understanding . She didn't second question the broke a.c. in my room she got me a cleaner cool a room with no hassle

I was desperate to find a place to stay, this place had a bed and was close to the airport.

It was close to the airport. They had a free shuttle service that runs every half hour starting early in the morning.

The receptionist was rude, she would only accept cash. If i didn't have cash she said I had to leave. The room was not clean and there were people being loud and drinking in the parking lot. All the rooms have outside door entrances and with what was happening in the parking lot I felt very unsafe.
