Stayed here a few times, the breakfast is the best part but they’re picky about you taking it back to your warm room… they keep the lobby area freezing along with the pool. One of the times we stayed here we had kids banging on our door and running away as we were trying to get rest. But other than that the hotel is okay for the price.

I left my hearing aids at the hotel and know seems to care about reaching out to me. It been a week so more than likely there were thrown in the trash. I keep get a response that housekeeping would check. I and my brother texted management. Staff was helpful at checking in. Not helpful after I left.

I would rate it higher but the air conditioning was heat only, the indoor pool was freezing cold, the eggs at breakfast were kinda gross, and the TVs were zoomed in weird. Other than that, everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the shower felt nice, the staff were VERY helpful and so was the airport shuttle, and the location is perfect for the price.

Everything was perfect with this hotel. Staff was awesome. Super shout out to Mallory for all her help plus the room change. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect. Rooms were very nice. Great pool area. Very small issue, but it would be nice if there was more lighting over top of the microwave/ fridge area, and the closet.

Yes,the room was small and the toilet look like it was for kids only but the next morning we asked for a room change and they gave us another room. The staff was nice and friendly very clean place yes would stay again.

Property is run down. 1st room we were sent to was in what seemed like a deserted wing of the hotel, door was broken, lock/handle was broken/falling off. Door wouldn’t close. Second room was a little better with a working door. Still felt a little grimy. The front desk lady was really friendly.

Do not waste your time or money. Pictures and description of the property are very deceiving. We were given a room that hadn't been cleaned. The next room we were given couldn't even be found and while walking through the hallways the stench of mold became more and more apparent. This property should be demolished.

I had a great stay. Airport shuttle pickup, breakfast (eggs, hash browns, sausage, cereals, bagels, waffles, yogurt, juices) there is a restaurant open for dinner, vending machine and snacks in lobby, garden and lots of seating in the middle of the first floor, pool, gym, my room was clean, very comfortable bed and pillow selection. Better than expected for the price! Great deal.

Rooms was dirty including floor , bathroom & also walls which I then asked the front desk to switch rooms & they informed me they only didn’t have any other rooms of my selection available & they couldn’t accommodate me

Bugs in the room. No refrigerator , and tried to get them to bring one in, they kept saying it would happen and didn't after 4 days. I ended up having to switch rooms first night cause of the bugs. Got to my room and toilet wouldn't flush. I had to have my daughter come from pass Ann Arbor just to fix my toilet because they didn't do it after I waited all day for someone. Not to mention my phone didn't work so I couldn't call down I had to leave the room and go down to the desk for anything. I've stayed at these properties and had no problems. Warning to all ,they do everything backwards. I paid for a week. When I ended up leaving 4 days early and I paid $300 and credit card. When refunding my money,,refused to give the cash part back. They made me wait 2 weeks for it to go back to my card. And they don't give you a receipt upfront when you ask for it either.
