The person at the front desk was cold and uncaring. When I booked the room she said there would be parking for us. Then I called back and she said don't worry there would be parking. When we got there she said the parking was full, here's 2 suggestions. We couldn't reserve parking for the next morning at 3:30 because it was past 24 hour booking window. So we had to get up at 2:30 and drive around and make sure we had parking. The person at the front desk was rude and didn't even tell us how to get to our room, morning breakfast or anything. I will never stay here again. I will also warn everyone I know to not stay there . It was clean and very nice , but that doesn't make up for not having parking and rude employees.

Property was not clean and in disrepair. Headboard had drip stains on them. Bathroom granite was cracked. Carpets are tattered, stained and dirty

The convenience. Our event was only 15 minutes away. It was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was wonderful! It served its purpose.

There was a lot of activity above us at 2am. But too tired to worry about it. You can tell the room was older, but it was clean. The toilet made gurgling noises. And the curtains didn't close all the way.

The location was good, right next to rental car return. And the shuttle in the morning was on time.

The place is fairly shabby. The shuttle was overpacked with people sitting on other people's laps even though we had all told the front desk how many people were in our parties the night before. The parking lot was completely full with cars parked in fire lanes to find space. The restaurant was adequate. Generally, the stay was a bit depressing, to be honest.

I utilize online services booked two rooms three guests in one room two and the other I was a little offended when the hotel provided two bath towels, one washcloth and one hand towel with a note to guess relaying removal of any items would result in additional charges. It was clear that Wingate had not considered the fact that when you register online and say three guests who are wrong, we actually need three washcloths and hand towels to accommodate. Well, I requested additional washcloths and towels. I actually went out and purchased these additional items which I shouldn’t have had to do. Well, I do understand that some guests don’t make the correct decisions assuming that all guests are thieves and take things was unacceptable. I will not be utilizing this facility anymore. The breakfast with subpar. Not acceptable.

Decent place to stay at the airport. Can't say that about every motel there!

I take a late flight to Detroit so it was almost midnight when I got to the hotel. The front desk clerk had a cold but she was very kind and made sure I had a parking place near the door. (I am elderly and it was very cold.) The motel is very convenient to the airport. I came from an0ther time zone so it wasn't so late for me. The room and breakfast were fine and I made the 11 am checkout by a minute!

I really don't remember that much about it except for the helpful front desk. I guess that something about it could be more memorable! But I was only there a few hours. At any time there aren't many restaurants in that area but I guess that hotel does have one. I just pick up a snack at the gas station there because I get in so late.

Cleanliness was decent. I stayed during Basball playoffs. Only hotel that wasn't price gouging in the area.

Breakfast offerings were not good at all. I called earlier in the day to see if I could do an early check in and was told yes. Upon arrival they charged additional $35ish to check in early. About 2 hours early (never told that or i would have not come early), bed was a bit uncomfortable, mold/mildew in the shower but otherwise not terrible. There was a decent but of air traffic noise but that's what you get for staying next to an airport.

Very close to the airport, rental car return was less than a mile away. Staff was friendly and courteous. The shower was decent.

The mattress in room 347 needs to be replaced, maybe the whole bed. It sank in the middle and down towards the foot of the bed. If it was a waterslide it would have been fun, but sleeping on it...not so much. The TV was low definition at best, how does a hotel chain like Wyndham have such low quality amenities in their facilities?

The location to car rental return and the airport is ideal. We weren't there long enough to take advantage of anything the hotel has to offer, like the bar on site. However, the early morning shuttle service to the airport was very much appreciated.

The door to the room would catch on the carpet in the hallway so it wouldn't close automatically, which could be a safety concern. It's something that could easily be fixed though. The hotel itself and our room was clean enough but the carpets and rooms need to be updated.
