Room neglected! Charged me an extra 4.00 fee. The elevator has not worked for weeks and it is not listed or displayed nowhere on the app or inside the facility or on the elevator door inside the elevator or out. Because we push the button elevator would open and close but didn't go anywhere and we all continued to come to the front desk to ask does it work only to find out it didn't and the front desk person never told you that at check-in. It smells horrible and like roach spray. Bath tub so dirty it looks like it never was cleaned out. Toilet sit looks like it was never cleaned off. The bedding sheets comforter pillows couch refrigerator and air conditioner all nasty dirty spots everywhere sticky smelly and floors hallways sticky dirty everywhere unclean and unsanitary unsanitized cups of coffee sitting on the stairs lobby entrance dirty nasty...it looks like people live here and smells that way...it also looks like drugs are delivered here from what I saw on the parking lot and advised the front desk. It looks like a very scary place that you tell people they can't get your money back after booking. This place is disgusting and should never be booked or on your sight so many customer came and left once they came inside. You should be ashame to rent this place out to anyone. The people here all look homeless and make you feel unsafe constantly going in and out there hotel room chasing a high. I want my mom back because I could not shower and slept in my clothes no parking

Holy crap this place was DISGUSTING!!! We checked in and could tell it was the nicest but walking to our room there was garbage all over the hallways and bloody towels in the hallway outside our room. We opened our door and my husband told me not to even look at the toilet because it is so gross and then we looked at the bed and it had stains all over it and the pillow cases were so stained and gross. Then we could hear the couple in the room next door screaming at each other and just felt unsafe. We felt like we couldn't even breathe because everything was so disgusting. We obviously didn't stay. I told the front desk working we were not expecting things to be so disgusting and left and went to a Holiday Inn

Even though we called to say we'd be checking in late due to flight delay,no rooms available . Room we wete put in not ready to be occupied. When we moved furnitue to plug in lights, food on floor. Light fixtures missing in bathroom . Bed ok. Tub had goo running out fron behind faucet. Ugh.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room feels spacious and well furnished however the property is old. These comments are specific to our room: It was hard to figure out how to make the tv work. Initially it said no internet connection and check cable. We finally figured it out instructions would have been nice. After exiting the elevator it would have been helpful to have signs indicating which room numbers were in which hallway. Complementary coffee service in the room but no coffee maker. Bathroom door is warped and can’t close. Room is dark with only bedside lamps.

Corridors r full of old furniture, & construction material. Washroom door in our room has a punch in it. Lights not working in the room and there was only cereal for breakfast. There was no butter or cream cheese fir the bagels. Washroom not working and dirty, torn curtains and the walls were dirty, taps and knobs were broken and dirty. Bathtub stained and dirty. Needs to be brought up to speed and thoroughly maintained.

The hotel did not have an inviting atmosphere. The hallways were cluttered, the room was drab, the beds were on metal frames like cots in a jail cell. There was overwhelming odor like too much cleaning products had been used. The parking lot had pot holes. I was very uncomfortable and could not ease myself into staying there.

A very shabby property, security latch on door was broken off. Dirty and moldy, generally creepy. I expected that the total fee charged by hotels.com covered everything- but they charge me an extra $4. Fee. Also insufficient parking lot. On the plus side- there was no noise disturbances!

Bathroom needs to be upgraded I know it was upgraded but a very sloppy job but it was good enough to stay 1 night & shuttle was great to get us to the airport very quick to get there. It was our 2nd time staying & we find it easy to park there & we stayed on the 2nd floor the first time that was nice this time we stayed on the 1st floor the bathroom was the worse.

Hotel may have been in process of renovation- but we definitely had an unrenovated room. Bed was extremely uncomfortable with visible intention /dip in mattress. Had to ask for soap as there was none in the room to wash hands, and there were tissues and Qtips on the floor in the bathroom beside the garbage that were missed when someone should have swept then floor. Only stayed one night- desk staff was friendly and check in-out and shuttle to airport were good.
