Perfect location if you are going to head to the airport in the morning. There is a Wendy's right next door. They offer a free shuttle to the airport which is FABULOUS, the driver was friendly, drove safely and was on time.
The building just seemed dark, which made you wonder if it was safe. We had no issues, but feel that some kind of security entrance like a code or something would make it seem better.

You get what you pay for but room was updated and it served well for a one night stay.
I may have been naive but I was thinking you could keep your vehicle there until you returned from your trip. That can be arranged if you schedule ahead of time and pay the extra cost.

How close it was to the airport.
I hated everything about this place, I’m still waiting on my deposit back from them so obviously they scam you here. The room was absolutely disgusting and my blanket had burn holes in it and when I called and asked for a new one, they said the didn’t have any until the next day. Such a gross and filthy place, I’m surprised I didn’t catch anything while I was there. Never stay here.

Definitely wasn’t clean! Hair everywhere! Floors not swept or moped! Jacuzzi tub dirty I had to go get bleach and clean it. The paint in the Jacuzzi was peeling! They only gave us 1 wash cloth and the towels were very stiff! In the hallway there are dips in the floor!

Room was nothing like photo in booking.com app. Very old inn. Pick up lady was friendly. Property is not up to expectations, and there will be extra charges for extra person even though booking.com says booking was for 5 person. Misleading.

How close it was to the airport and the shuttle bus to go to the airport
That it was limited restaurants and the gas station gas was so high in that area. I sanitized the room and they need to wash the towels better I didn't use them but I looked at them.

The lights in my room didn’t work(only one bedside lamp) and the TV didn’t work. Generally pretty shabby and not particularly clean but you get what you pay for I guess.

I didn't use one of the room because of the condition of the heater, noisy and smoky, and they reimburse me only one night although I didn't use that room at all

Lack of parking. Clogged bath tub. Inside of microwave and frig. wasn't cleaned. Nail polish on several furnishing. Carpet needs cleaning. Heater/AC filter needs cleaning. Lot music playing at 1am.

Only the female employee on Saturday night was really helpful. Who checked me in
Nothing at all, but the male employee that was there Monday morning was horrible sleeping at the desk, then didn't know anything at all. They have no cable. They have roku tvs for u to sign in your streaming accounts. Definitely will never recommend anyone to come stay at this place. I wish I had taken some pictures, but I didn't

When we arrived at the hotel, our room was a mess. It still had someone's fast-food takeout on the counter, and one of the beds was unmade. When we went to the reception to express our concern (we did not want to stay in a dirty room), the staff member started shouting at us and asking, "What do you want me to do?" He did not even offer to come and clean up the garbage himself; he only said that the cleaners would be there in the morning (after our stay). I understand that there is not much to expect considering the price, but I think going into an unclean room is simply unacceptable. We addressed the issue very politely, which was met with hostility in return.
There were more minor issues throughout the stay, most to do with the staff.

-Bed had bugs , we woke up scratching.
-Bathroom has hair on towels and bathtub.
-They charge deposit of 50 dollars
-They charge more if you ask for later check out or early check in.
-You can hear all noises from other rooms and doors.
-Lights were white and very eye tiring. One lamp was broken.
-Dairty hair dryer (very disgusting)
-No trashcan inside the room, only in the bathroom.

Location was good as it was very close to airport which is what we were looking for.
There were dirty towels left behind the door which i guess were forgotten by the cleaning team.
The general state of the room was pretty poor, this room had seen a lot of action and was worse for it, such as rusty microwave door, missing veneer on the furniture, smoke alarm missing with just a hole in the ceiling and some wires, plus some other bits and bobs.
The room needs a revamp to freshen and address such matters.

The attendant was MIA until I called lobby phone #. Everything is in need of an update. It is difficult to get a hold of attendants at different times t/o the night. Staff let customers play their t.v. so loud even after midnight.

The breakfast was basically nonexistent. Few muffins. No eggs. No bacon. No milk for the cereal. No orange juice.
They put the partiers on the third floor above us. So, while the airplanes did not bother us, the people stomping their feet both nights above us woke us up at 0130. They need to go on first floor also.

I like the location. It's near the end of town, so it's pretty quiet.
The A/C unit kept turning off and wasn't properly cooling. We had to trun the fan on Auto to keep it on. Also, there is no toothpaste in the room. Vending machines was down also.

The hotel offered a free shuttle between the airport and hotel, which, although delayed, was helpful. The room had a hot shower and a clean bed, which was all we needed for a few hours of rest. The one staff member on duty was doing their best, handling everything from reception to shuttle driving, and was polite throughout. Overall, it was definitely better than spending the night at the airport.
The wait for the shuttle was very long despite scheduling it in advance. Several things in the room and hotel weren’t functioning properly, and the general maintenance felt poor. The Hawaii "Aloha" theme felt completely out of place for a hotel near Detroit airport, and the fact that there was only one person covering all roles meant delays and limited service quality. I had to wake up an hour earlier because lack of return shuttle availability.

A/C worked. That was about it.
“24/7 Shuttle” was a lie. Nothing else worked. TV Broken, wall stripping off, lamp broken, chair needed replacing, everything looked ghetto, blow dryer falling apart, bathroom outlet broken, staff needed help.
They don’t have the shuttle working from checkout time 11am to 3pm. So I ended up walking to airport. On arrival, I called front desk for the shuttle, I waited 50 minutes even though the hotel was only 9 mins drive away. Shuttle driver is also front desk person. Felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave since arrival.
