The only thing missing was bed bugs ! The place was absolutely filthy and disgusting, stained sheets, hair in the towels and shower, dirt, blood, ripped curtains. No reply from hotel management to discuss the matter.

Convenient and Comfortable

It was close to the airport. Had shuttle to pick us up and take us back in the morning. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. The 2 gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and nice.

Won't stay here agian

Hotel was extremely dirty. The pillows in the hotel were small and I am sure we're made in the 1900, the sheets I am pretty sure we're not clean nore the pillow cases. I wouldn't stay here agian. Plus the 45 uocharge for early check in was a bit of a suprise and the location is not ideal for eating unless you have a vehicle or want to Uber.

Rooms were underconstruction. Hotel being renovated. Smell of paint everywhere made it a little hard for those with breathing conditions.

Is you like a decent hotel - this is not the one !!!

Free shuttle and close to the airport

Cleanliness is 2/10. Smells bad in the room. It smelled like it was never cleaned or somebody died in the room. What worse is the smell of the air coming out of the AC. Its a rundown hotel and that explains why the rate is $50+/night. However, the noise from the room next door woke me up at early in the morning. This is very respectful given i had a long day at work day before. The staff should have not situated me in the room if they know there will be hammering , repairing going on in the room next door.

Very dirty they were people sleeping in the lobby. They are doing construction so they had buckets and drywall everywhere. My light didn’t work. The phone did not work. Did not even have a phone jack inside my room. The refrigerator in my room was rusted at the bottom and didn’t keep cold. Very disappointed.

booked 2 rooms no toilet paper in either. There was a woman sleeping in her car inches back parkinglot. There was a hole punched in one of the bathroom doors.i don't think they changed the sheets.mini fridge didnt work. The elevator was out of order. Continental breakfast was cereal and toast and a bagel.. I stayed 2 days and I got sick after we r i checked out. Worst hotel stay i have ever had.

Truly, the worst hotel I’ve ever been in, like something out of a horror movie or an apocalypse.

The front desk worker was friendly, helpful, cheerful, and did great work. He got us a new room, and was really great! Other than that, we didn’t see any bugs in our room and the bathroom was cleaner than I expected given the rest of the place.

The hotel is actively under construction, gutted hallways, missing front desk, construction plastic blocking off sections. Rooms labeled non smoking are smoky, holes in bathroom doors, strong smells, dirty carpets, terrible bedding. I’m honestly not sure this is actually a quality inn, and wouldn’t be surprised if my identity got stolen.

The staff was good. I had no problems there.

There was construction going on in the lobby. The staff was great, but I was not aware there would be construction, that was not on the listing. The biggest problem I had was with the door of the room. The room was clean, but the door had a lot of damage on the side right by where the security lock goes. Quite a bit of damage and it made me feel very unsafe.
