This property is not worth the price and does not meet the standards expected from the brand

The only notable positive during our stay was the standard breakfast, which was acceptable but very basic, with limited options. It met the bare minimum for a short overnight stay, but nothing beyond that stood out.

We are frequent travelers, and unfortunately, this property fell well below expectations. We ultimately cut our trip short and decided to leave early, which says a lot. The hotel feels like a “sleeper” property, not suitable for long stays and not good value for the price. The building is very old and poorly maintained, with visible signs of neglect throughout. Windows felt unsafe — many appear to have broken original latches and rely only on temporary metal locks, which raised serious security concerns. The lobby and room access layout is confusing, especially for families. As a family traveling with 10 pieces of luggage, it was extremely inconvenient that there were no luggage carts and no staff available to assist. Guests are forced to carry everything up and down multiple flights of stairs. No elevator, which makes the property impractical for families, elderly guests, or anyone with heavy luggage. Carpets are dirty and clearly overdue for replacement. The swimming area and garden are no longer maintained and look neglected. No readily available drinking water — we had to walk all the way to the gym area just to find water. The toiletries provided felt like old stock, and my wife was uncomfortable using them. Overall, the hotel lacks the basics that make a stay comfortable and convenient.

Room was really hard to find in the maze of buildings, breakfast had many options but all the food was cold. My room was freezing cold even with the heat in.

-Tv didn’t work -Bed was worn out and very uncomfortable -Shower curtain wasn’t long enough and made huge mess during use -Listing should of mentioned that all of the balcony rooms share one balcony -Map of property isn’t very accurate and everything is spread out with paths at different elevations so it was kinda confusing getting from A-B -Was told they’d leave hot tub open later for us but closed before we could use it. -House restaurant closes at 10 but kitchen staff cleaned up at 9 and denied my family dinner

3rd floor was miserably hot! The ac didn't help. There are no elevators and terrible parking. Pool was nasty as well. The pictures of this place must have been from when it was new.

Great stay for our needs.

We picked this location because it was close to Providence St. Vincent hospital. Needed a few hours sleep while dealing with a death in the family. Staff was extremely accommodating and empathetic. Room was clean and convenient.

Great place, conveniently located.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a king with a balcony. The only thing I could complain about was the lack of outdoor seating for the deck. This was our second stay here in two years and we noticed that our room seemed to have been updated which was nice. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large. The included breakfast was also a nice touch and pretty good. We will stay there again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL!

The hot tub was closed, which was my main reason for choosing this hotel plus there was an additional 100$ hold for the key, which they insisted they returned but instead, they pulled TWICE PLUS an extra 45.72 for no reason whatsoever and when I called them on it the flat out called me a liar even though I have spoken to my bank and they have verified that the second 100 pull and the additional 45.72 WAS submitted by the hotel. Long story short, they are trying to ROB me.

I liked that this motel is outside of Portland, so it seems much safer and you don‘t have junkies/homeless people around. Supermarkets and the train are closeby, so perfect for a roadtrip stop.

Once we got into our final room it was perfect stay

The woman that checked us in was totally incompetent. We asked for a quiet room. She put us on the road. The second room had a terrible noise coming from the ceiling. The maintenance man was excellent. He put us in the third room and it was perfect.

The pond n outside was beautiful the staff was incredible except the bar tended at the bar not ran by the hotel but in the hotel that lady was a b.i t.CAPITAL C. H needless to say. But it was a good experience overall definitely clean, and I'll be coming back for sure.

The bed was not the best mattress I have ever slept on and I might of woken up with a slight kink.
