Clean, easy to get to, close to hospital
Room was really hard to find in the maze of buildings, breakfast had many options but all the food was cold. My room was freezing cold even with the heat in.

I liked the style of the property. It reminded me of when I traveled with my family as a child.
There was an odd smell in my room. Not unpleasant but not familiar.

Breakfast staff was phenomenal. The eggs were the best at any best western location.
The pool and jacuzzi being advertised as open, but locked up for maintenance throughout our entire stay. Even the staff didn't know why it was down. The bed was too stiff and the mini-refrigerator was constantly making noises.
