Didn't feel comfortable

The lady that checked us in was rude. The bathroom was not clean, there was hairs all over and the toilet seat was dirty. Also, don't know why we had to pay taxes.

We would not choose this hotel to stay again

We were happy to find a motel that allowed dogs.

The room was not very clean. The floor was very dirty, which made us wonder how clean the rest of the room was. The room smelled a bit like dirty dog.

Worst experience I've had at a hotel

smell, bug infestation, curtains broken, loud, no privacy because I couldn't close the curtains. I was told they refunded my second night, because I wasn't going to continue to stay another night, to Booking.com. How do I get my refund?

Not comfortable. This property for being an extended stay wanted to leave day one.

Very run down. Paint patches. No trashcan in the room. No blow dryer either. The toilet had a hard time flushing. No cold water in the sink only very hot. The ac/ heater also did not work.

In town for a local event, and the location and price was close enough to where I needed to be.

A bit outdated. Rooms were fine, but nothing notable. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but fine for my overnight stay. Wouldn’t be my first pick if I were to return to the area.

Dated room, no coffee, tea in room. No blanket. Noisy tenants, the grab and go breakfast was very limited and dirty set up

Worrest and very bad

We had a very bad experience with Extended Stay. We booked two rooms with full beds two days in advance and even called multiple times to confirm the booking. Each time, we were told that our reservation was confirmed. However, when we arrived at around 10:30 PM, they told us there were no rooms with 2 full beds available. They only offered rooms with queen beds or said we could cancel and find another place. We were two families traveling with 2 small children each , and it was extremely stressful to be told this so late at night, despite having a confirmed reservation.

The receptionist and manager were very unhelpful and didn’t care about the customers. They didn’t give proper answers and acted irresponsibly. It was the most careless and negligent service we’ve ever experienced.

I was kinda disappointed 🤔

My room the AC ran all night, it was turned off the moment I got there because it was too cold 🥶 for me! It wouldn’t even let me turn the heat on! I got up in the middle of the night to take a shower to warm up! The shower curtain fell off while I was in there! Other than that it was okay 🤔

Outdated, the whole facility is run down, I stayed there several times 15yrs ago and the place was nice. Now the place is ran down, floor were bad, TV didn't work and everything is out dated.

Loud obnoxious facility with unhelpful staff.

It wasn't much that was likeable at the hotel.

Upon entrance into the room we were greeted with annoying obnoxious dogs in the next room that did not stop barking the whole time we were there.. They kept us awake for two nights straight and we left a hotel extremely exhausted on a trip that should have been relaxing. Upon check-in we were asked if we would like a silverware and dishes package. I called the front desk at least four times requesting silverware and dishes and was promised each time it would be right up. Nothing was ever done and we ended up having to use the microwave plate to cook our stove top meals and had to use a razor blade to cut our food. Nothing was ever done about the dogs that we had kindly requested that be fed and quited. Nor were the dishes that we had been promised ever delivered. The neighbors that owned the dogs were extremely rude when asked to quiet them for a little while.. I believe we should receive at least at 50% returned and if not that then a 66%refund.. I suppose we could agree with at least one day comoped in a much nicer hotel that way we can actually catch up on our rest. This was a nightmare of experience. Sincerely, John Shemadeka

kitchen with nothing in it. no cups, coffee maker nothing at all except fridge and microwave. couldn’t even make hot water. people that seemed to be “residents” that had an obnoxious amount of pot smoke permeating up to our room. booked and paid for a double full room and got a single king.TV remote did not work. gross hair and crumbs in bathroom.

The experience of the room. Bed was still unfolded and there were hairs on it. So we changed rooms and same results as the first one and door wouldn't open at first. And receptionist super rude. Our stay was for 2 nights but we didn't end up stay neither night. I would really appreciate a full refund.
