Comfortable, clean bed. Lots of parking. Kitchen Ladies were nice.
Breakfast (scramble eggs) was same thing everyday. Pool was not open, even though it mention pool is heated. Elevator kind of malfunction, door won’t open and continues to the next floor.

Location is ideal since it is close to all the places I visited. Breakfast is excellent and staffs are courteous. I love the cleanliness in and out of the property and very convenient as far as walking to a restaurant and other shopping places, thanks comfort in.
Nothing, very satisfied, can’t ask for more.

Room was really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Not for influencers but great for families who need a nice room at a good price with basic amenities.
There was a drip on the air conditioner that may have been caused by the rain (water dripping on the metal of the unit). It didn't bug me but my son found it irritating.

I appreciated the check-in and check-out procedure, simple and quick. I was thankful for the personal assistance when I inquired about office equipment that would be helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and provided all I needed for my fews days' visit.
The breakfast was good, I just missed potatoes. I love potatoes with my eggs and bacon or sausage. I am not a big waffle fan, but it was nice they were available. Other clients certainly were enjoying them.

Room was spacious.
The floor wasn't as clean as it could have been.

Overall quiet, food was good suggest adding meat tho like sausage or bacon not just 2 trays of eggs. Bed was comfortable very clean.
There is a weird smell on the third floor and our room smelt weird as well. The elevator kept getting stuck we would get to the third floor but it wouldn’t open and then brought us back down.

Clean; Fresh rooms; breakfast was good —typical continental but plenty of selections.
Elevator was located way outside of lobby. TV service provider for watching TV —needs upgrade for more channels Apple TV; YouTube TV, Peacock and Paramount Plus.

The facilities were clean and very adequate. The price was extremely reasonable so I didn’t expect a luxurious palace. I enjoyed my stay.

Westside locale fairly close to Portland zoo. Buffet breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about.
Pool was not heated. Way too cold to get in. (The pool was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel as we though it would be something kids and adults could enjoy together. ) Pool is also very small and has no view.

Property was nice. Close to all the shopping we loved doing.
The busy street right outside made it hard to sleep or watch movies.

Breakfast - EXCELLENT! Visiting friends in Beaverton the local transport was very convenient and as an "Honoured citizen " cheap. Max direct from airport and local bus (78) to Denney Road ....57 bus to and from Beaverton interchange. ONLY negative the lift is slow.

Location for us was great as we had a wedding in Beaverton. Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and good. It was priced fairly for the area.
Bed was too soft and there was no maid service between the 2 night stay.

We recently stayed here for a quick trip and overall, I’d give it 3 stars.
When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. Instead, we saw an older car outside packed with random belongings and two women sitting inside. A minute later, one of them—who turned out to be the front desk attendant—came in from the passenger seat, said nothing, made no eye contact, and went behind the counter. Her first words to us were a blunt “Last name?” Not exactly a warm welcome.
The room itself was okay. Nothing special, but I wasn’t expecting luxury—just something clean and comfortable that wasn’t a sketchy motel. This was a step or two above that. My wife thought the room smelled old (I didn’t notice it myself), and the furnishings were definitely showing their age. The bathroom sink was lazily wiped down, and we found old chips under the bed—pretty disappointing considering we hadn’t even eaten chips on the trip. It just gave the whole room a “half-cleaned” vibe.
The pool, which we assumed was indoors when we booked, turned out to be outside. It was completely overrun with loud, unruly kids, so we didn’t stay in it long—not the hotel’s fault, but still not the relaxing swim we had hoped for.
One bright spot was the free continental breakfast—it was actually pretty good and better than expected.
Parking was easy, and the location is convenient with restaurants and stores nearby.
When it came time to check out, we dealt with a different front desk lady, and unfortunately, the attitude was more of the same. Instead of asking if she could help me, she looked annoyed and asked, “Do you need something?”—like I was interrupting her or didn’t belong there. The service throughout the stay, especially at the front desk, left a lot to be desired. On a more positive note, the overnight staff member we encountered was friendly and polite—worth mentioning because he was the only one who made us feel welcome.
In the end, we paid around $200 through Booking.

Room was comfortable and bathroom was great. Shower was accessible for handicapped guest
The height clearance in the car park is inadequate for a car with carrier on the roof. Scraped the top of the carrier getting in and out of the garage. When I told front desk, she said there was no solution as the crossbeam is structural (holds up the building). She offered no other solution to the problem.
Also the pool was closed because the lift wasn’t working.

When you pay for your stay at the hotel, they don't explain that there are things out of order, such as the pool.

When I walked into the room, there were at least three hairs on one of the beds. The pillow looked wrinkly like it hadn't been replaced and the seat cushion on the arm chair was vertical.
