Great night’s sleep, excellent value.

I needed a good night’s sleep, after arriving home from a flight. Driving to Eugene the next morning. A barebones place, but it has it all. Good hearing, nice steady gray noise from freeway, which helped me sleep, coffee maker, extra blankets when we asked, hot shower. Excellent value for the location!!

Service was lacking. We stayed 2 nights never saw house keeping,never got new towels or coffee,and when we checked in there were tools and calk and a walking gun on the counter like the room wasn't ready.

It was ok comfy. Husband liked it better than I did. Very basic which was exactly what we needed. The lady at the front desk was wonderful!

Best managed hotel I've ever stayed at.

The whole staff at this place is just so accommodating and sweet. Admittedly I haven't had many conversations with housekeeping so I don't know their demeanor but in passing they seem nice too and they do an incredible job making the rooms so clean and inviting. I haven't had a single bad encounter with anyone at the front desk. This place is managed extremely well. The price is generally always reasonable, and honestly the only slight downside is that there isn't a whole lot of anything within walking distance. You can walk but it would be about a mile and a half round trip to a couple places. Two miles round trip to a lot more food options. I've mostly dealt with night staff, so Benny and Jare? And the other fellow.. those guys are all super nice. And Michelle the Manager is just the cat's pajamas in my book! I've stayed here probably 20ish times now. My home away from home as they say.

The room was disappointing — it wasn’t very clean, and there was a strong smell when I arrived. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens didn’t feel fresh. Breakfast was very limited and not worth the price. Overall, the stay didn’t meet expectations, especially for the cost.

The room was not clean when I arrived — there were stains on the sheets and dust on the furniture. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t cool the room properly. Breakfast was poor quality with very few options, and the staff didn’t seem very friendly or helpful. Overall, it felt like the hotel needs better maintenance and customer service.

The people that were allowed to kind of roam around the property. They said they were 24 hours, but I saw that the office was completely dark so nobody was really watching. What was going on overnight in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe.

Cheap rates, ok for brief overnight stay.

This room seemed cleaner/better maintained than the previous room I had a few days ago.

Could use an extra blanket. Photos show where the door security latch is half missing--ironically, the previous room has the other half of the latch missing. Funny, but it leaves one wondering how/why that happened, and not just on one room. Also evidence of other door parts were removed (torn off?) the repair done still shows the screw holes.

Stay exceeded my expectations, some improvements can be made but would definitely rebook.

Things that were noticeably pleasant and accommodating: Clean fridge, clean drawers, clean tabletop for computer etc, clean bathroom and toiletries, small but inclusive lotion and shampoo provided.

Things that were noticeable: the chairs that were in the room was clearly dated (office chairs that were coming apart but still functional just the seats were peeling), not sure if this is just a motel thing but there was a slight smell that wasn't the best when I first entered the room, the shower curtain wasn't really stopping the shower water from escaping and the shower head was not at a height that comfortably accommodates taller guests, im 6'1 and i had to bend down to comfortably shower.

Decent value for Portland.

The 2nd room we had to relocate to was fine and about as good as, say, any 3-star motel. Dogs are only $10 per night which is way below others. The gal at the front desk the next morning when I requested a different room was very accommodative. Location was fine as well as parking. Price was the least expensive in the area.

The first room we were given (125) by a guy at the front desk was a disgusting pit. There was not even a bedside lamp, nor were there even any outlets on the bedside wall, only a ceiling light with a switch by the door. Unbelievable. The curtain would not close completely so the light from the outside shone in all night. The furniture was de-laminating and looked like it was recovered from a dumpster. The floor was spongy and squeaked everywhere you stepped. But the icing on the cake the sink barely drained and the tub not only did not drain at all, but black stuff came out of the drains when the faucet was turned on. There were only 2 towels and 1 small bar of soap presumably for the sink and shower both. I think this was a handicap room based on the door width. This room should be sealed and condemned.
