Good location, you can easily access all freeways. Rooms were good, cleanliness was fair, no extra toilet paper in room, no regular coffee in room only decaf, not very soundproof can easily hear people walking above and in halls. Suggest more attention is paid to restocking coffee in room, lotion and a bar of hand soap should be in room. Only shampoo on wall near sink. Have stayed here several times due to location but cleanliness of room rug and vacuuming in corners and edges needs more attention. Had to fink a room maid to get toilet paper and tissue as what’s left in room was half rolls and no extra for a 5 day stay!
Breakfast was ok - always running out and waiting for more, cold eggs and anything hot was not. Even coffee was not kept full, apple juice gave water, bread and bagels were clearly a few days old. Waffles are the go to - but with one maker and many guests, should have a few makers.
Staff at check in and day shift were very nice and friendly. Overall a fair place to stay but not up to Hilton standards.

The room was cozy, quiet, and clean. Very nice shower and a comfortable bed. The staff were engaging and pleasant. No complaints.

My room was actually dirty, and looked as if someone was chilling in my room before I got there. Like sitting around on the beds and just hanging out. So I got my room switched and the next room was almost as bad I was finding stuff through out the room that was left behind. The price was good but it was not very clean at all. The breakfast was great! And the breakfast lady was helpful and nice.
