Room smelled like a dirty rag bathtub was dirty and every time a left my room it took me like 15min to get the card to work to let me in room I told the staff about this issue but it was pointless less all they said it’s normal 🤨😒I’ve never had to deal with this kind of issue before

The location was close to the restaurants.

I liked the location, the bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower.

The Frig was unplugged, there wasn't enough plug ins for the Frig, coffee pot, and microwave. The TV wouldn't work, the front desk lady came down and looked at it, she said the equipment needed to be unplugged and plugged back in. I had to get down under the table to unplug and plug back in, I am 70. When I took a shower, the shower curtain was not wide enough and water went all over the bathroom floor. The carpet is wore out and needs replaced, and there is a bad odor when you 1st go in.

August 8-10, morning staff was responsive, evening staff very poor customer service

Clean, and good location

Maintenance was very poor. Light bulb out, and when we asked were told no maintenance on weekend. Curtains were falling down, ceiling patch in bathroom was poor. Phone buttons did not work. Message light was on for 2 days and could not get a message. Staff stated they did not know how it works.

The reason we are giving this location a low rating is as follows dirty face cloth hanging in the bathroom paint chipping off the bathtub not a door or window would close properly due to being out of alignment the beds were not comfortable way to noisy inside the unit due to loud quests above us the elevator was stuck on the third floor, the front door would not open for us properly

The staff was not friendly. The lady helping us check in obviously hated her job. The room was dated the walls and ceilings were chipped and stained. Updates are definitely needed.

Breakfast smelled good but we left early so we didn't eat. location off 1-5 was nice. Easy to get to.

Elevator reaked of pot! Someone had been smoking in there! Our first room smelled like smoke! Someone left the window open hoping to get rid of the smell! Our second room the sink wouldn't drain!

The breakfast was very good and location very convenient. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Dog friendly which was a plus for us.

The room in spite of being a no smoking room smelled like smoke. We were unable to move to a different room because they were fully booked, but staff was very responsive and immediately came to spray room and rug to remove the smell. There were also a few noticible minor things in need of repair.

Don’t stay there

This place was disappointing and disgusting I smelled mold the minute we opened the door and had to buy a plugin freshener to help with the mold smell not musty mold smell. They were totally booked up and no other places to rent for a couple days due to Memorial Day weekend so I was stuck. I took pictures of all the bad stuff in the room like blood splatter on curtains and shower ceiling. We were horrified when we seen this there was mold behind the toilet on the ceiling in shower and all the windows were fogged over from the glass pains loosing the argon gas between them. The window sills and shower sills were totally disgusting with crud and slime. Mold under the sink and a large hole where they ran the cable wires through. I won’t keep going on because this was to much. My wife seen a silverfish in the shower and we know they like mold and damp places.

Terrible

Tried to cancel 5 minutes after booking. No response to me or booking.com. Tried phoning several times, line rings then hangs up. Many reviews describe stinking, filthy, dirty, stinking of tobacco smoke and human waste. Worth my $90 to have avoided a stay. Unwilling to even give the courtesy of acknowledging correspondence.

Light and fan in the bathroom wasn't working. When we informed the staff there was nothing the staff could do including moving us to a different room. TV remote was missing, but one was brought to us. Our room was right next to the lobby and kind of noisy.

Parking is horrible. In fact my car got hit and it just so happens that there are no cameras in that area of the parking lot. It's in front of the building!! A/C wouldn't stay on. Door hinges are rusted, sink backs up, handles on bathroom vanity were sticky, and dirty. Etc..... I don't recommend this hotel.
