The room was nice. The staff only cleaned once when I had requested more washcloths. It was Christmas week, so I'm not sure that was the reason. They state they charge for a morning buffet, but I saw no easy way to do that, and it's really not worth what they said they charged. The bar area was not operational. There was also a smell in the hallway due to the renovations underway. That said, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helped whenever asked. The room was quiet, with a large desk to work at and tables downstairs as well. It was well located near things I wished to do. Everything in the room was clean and well maintained.

I was greeted by Iman, who was incredibly friendly, professional and kind. She accommodated my request to check in early without hesitation, walked me to the area where the elevator to my section was and even gave me a warm, fresh cookie. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was varied with plenty of fresh dishes and fruit. But what does more than anything for a return visit is always the people and how I am treated. Iman, the host at breakfast and the gentleman who checked me out made all of the difference.

First room we were in was not very good - 219 has two outside air conditioners on the pool roof making lots of noise plus the room air conditioner was not a quality product. Also the toilet flap was stuck with every flush. This room was not a typical Hilton experience. We moved to 210 and it was a much better experience- newer air conditioner and quiet.

The front desk clerk, Iman was very friendly and made us feel welcomed at check in. Our room was clean and comfortable and other than needing some extra towel's adequately supplied with comfortable linens and pillows. I would stay here in the future

Staff was friendly. The room was clean and had basic amenities. Elevator was out of order the entire stay, we were on the 3rd floor. Hallways needs to be renovated, dated furnishing. The upper parking lot had 2 abandoned cars. The property is located in a convenient location.

When I arrived, there was no furniture in my room (outside of the bed) and the wonderful lady at the front desk told me that it was because they were renovating. I was there for a few days for work and needed a desk to work at and had to transfer rooms. The single treadmill and mike in the gym did not work, which was challenging during a heat wave. I was told that breakfast was included and then was charged for it - not work $15 per day.

We reserved a king with a pull out suite. There was no suite and they brought rollaway and had to make bed at midnight after flying across country. The AC didn't work and room was very dark. The parking was awful! It felt like a really old 2 star hotel at best.

Check in went great but when we got to our room we had no couch. No seating area like in the picture. We were only staying a night so I didn’t complain. It would’ve been nice to have somewhere to sit after the long day of shopping though.

The front desk staff member who greeted me at arrival, Iman was very friendly and exemplified what hotel hospitality should always be. She was courteous and professional. At checkout, the other female front desk person mirrored that professionalism and courteous hospitality. I stay in hotels very often and wouldn’t be wonderful if all hotel staff were like that?

Everything was wonderful, clean and not run down in any way. The only reason I can't give five stars all around is there was a small amount of trash in the parking lot in the form of bottles (I think beer bottles but I'm for sure) and a couple other things in the corner of the parking lot. But considering the cleanliness of the rest of the property I don't believe it was there for very long.
