We had an extremely pleasant check in with Tiffany here motel 6 Portland Lake Oswego South. She is kind, gregarious and understanding CONSISTENTLY with EVERYONE. And came to find out that she had worked a shift already in the day until 4:00 p.m. and was back a few hours later to do the night audit - not complaining and crushing it with every guest that we witnessed her encounter. She's the kind of people that you want to hang on to in ANY business. Thank you Tiffany!

People smoking outside of rooms, the smoke drifts in through the motel room doors.

I liked the rooms that had a fridge and microwave. They always gave me more towels or whatever I asked for. They never hassled me. And some beds are comfy.
The people some are shady. The parking lot when it rained flooded massively and the water pressure is awful. There is none. And the shower in all rooms leak all over the floor also they don't wipe the walls down.

I loved the location and the check in people
I dont like how when I called and made a complaint about my next door neighbor arguing and cussing and hearing them moan all night kept me up and kept making my dogs go off and they didn't move them or ask me if I wanted to, the bathroom in the shower had hair in it and on the toilet, the beds where nice though, but the floor and the counter was dusty, and they tried to change me an accident fee because of ketchup getting on the sheet when they could of washed it and it would of came right out.
