The woman behind the desk was quite curt. Not even close to being friendly.

Not good. No consideration by staff: for parking- freezing room - no good internet connection - room in front of large noisy air conditioning blob- etc. The staff does not disclose these issues. I got measley %10 discount for freezing my ass off. Stay away

The A.C. did not work

Not a great value Room appeared clean but there was a smell like it had been a smoking room

Nothing.

All the room smelled like urine. We tried four rooms. As we booked it on booking.com. There was no refund. When a room smells like urine it means there was cooking meth in them. There was air conditioning did not work. The bed was too soft and had black specs on. It could’ve been bedbugs. The shower was adequate. The towels were very thin and used no refrigerator no microwave no AC only a soft queen bed and a TV if you’re looking to lay your head down with bugs this is a great place to stay.

Room was clean and beds weren’t bad.

Woman at the front desk was rude when I asked about the room ac. I came back down 20minutes later to let her know it wasn’t working and it was 90 degrees outside and I had young children. She argued with me that there’s no way my ac wasn’t working. Another worker stepped in and changed us rooms, the ac did work in the new room we got. Pool had no signs indicating open hours. Our kids jumped in at 8:30pm since the pool door was unlocked and we were informed the pool closed at 8. We chose that hotel for the pool and AC so it was disappointing.

A/C was broken and asking this morning to change was told A/c was broken in some rooms but 10 percent back was probably best they could do. We were under heat warning / advisory yesterday and today. Not sure a place that promotes pet stays should be allowed to have the rooms available that don't have AC took ages to go to sleep, exhausted and ended up leaving most of afternoon / early night due to conditions.

Easy on, easy off. Good for one overnight with my dog. Nice pet facility out back.

Sketchy clientele, but I never felt unsafe.

The staff were super nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean. I like how bright they are.

The lack of microwave and minifridge was a bummer. People smoking right outside our door.

The price was decent although I asked for a discount due to the sink leaking.

The sink leaked water everywhere and the night clerk was nowhere to be found when our keys didn't work late at night when returning. I had to knock loudly on the outside window facing the parking lot because she wouldn't answer the night window. Our room was also gone through when we were not there. I specifically closed my curtain and when we came back the curtain was open. No towels were replaced, and the bed was not made and the sink was certainly not fixed either. Why were they in my room if they are not replacing any amenities?

The initial person who checked us in was accommodating friendly and kind. From then it went south.

After checking in and explaining our situation with our ESA dogs we were able to book he room explaining we may be extending a few more days depending on circumstances. Upon trying to extend or get a bigger room I was accused of lying aout my animals not disclosing them and told I would not be able to extend after that night. Although the person who checked me into the room initially told me my 3 dogs were not an issue because they were ESA animals. We tried calling across the street to the other motel 6 for more space and a bigger room to get met with pure rudeness from management, because I asked if I could book a room with my 3 ESA animals. The rooms were incredibly small and the shower is the size of an RV shower. Not at all worth it for how much it costs.

Bad attention from the people in charge of the place, loss of money, there was never a change of sheets, etc.

Price. Staff gave us an extra blanket.

Air conditioner blasted cold air and couldn’t be turned off or adjusted. No internet.

The staff at the front desk are always so nice

I've stayed there a lot in the last year and I didn't even get a green night for all the nights I stayed

I like when I need something right away, there is always staff at the front desk to help me with.

I don’t liked that fact that when I extended my stay, I have to request for housekeeping to clean my and if they don’t have time then they will clean my room when they’re free.

Great overall experience, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and also very comfortable. Thanks to Edith our room was very clean !

We got a spotless room with new beds and a complete makeover. Absolutely everything was clean and new and I was afraid to muck it up. Fly me to the moon....Office staff were spot on we even had good neighbors imagine that.

It was lame for pool to be closed for season

That pool to be closed for season. Hadn’t stayed in a pure motel in ages… forgot how close you are to cars, car alarms, car alarm-chirping/honking, and late night arrivals and shouting. No breakfast, coffee, or even shampoo that I’d come to expect.

Close to freeway

Desk staff was knocked out in the back probably high on drugs, waited 25 min to check in line of 7 people waiting to check in. I had to go in the back looking for staff and she appeared high and disoriented

Located in a great spot good price and did help if I needed anything

Beds were uncomfortable no coffee maker and shower had no pressure

Friendly, Easy to book, offered more blankets etc.

It was 70 degrees outside and they only had a heat option instead of Air Conditioning.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained budget hotel.

Location is far from my home but I chose this one because I've stayed here before and know it's going to be clean and bed bug free

It was close to my meetings. They had ample parking.

Have blow dryers available!!!!!! No Breakfast. The booking.com sent me an email that was erroneous according to the site manager regarding a recent Covid 19 out break. This was not helpful and should be taken don’t. Plz update you site!!!
