Great location for Business stops. Have stayed here many times and plan on returning in a few weeks. Secure Parking. Restaurant next door, Gas station in Parking lot. Freeway on ramp a block away.

Clean, accessible, friendly

Close to freeway, food, gas and lighting.

The only negative was all the hair on the bathroom floor that wasn’t mine and dirt spot on it that I wiped up to see if indeed it was dirt. It was. I have nothing negative to say about the overall property. It had curb appeal but not under or overwhelming. The person on staff was rude and extremely slow writing down my 9 character driver license. She had to have taken down more than 9 character because she kept writing over 5 minutes.

The room was very clean. It was quiet at night. Good coffee at breakfast!

The breakfast was not the best, but it was packed and people were eating it so I could be more picky. We ended up eating some toast and grabbing breakfast on the road.

Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and Staff was friendly.

This was the first time we’ve stayed at a hotel where there was a big bowl of ear plugs at the check in desk. This was followed up with a complimentary set of ear plugs placed by our bed. We should have realized this was a bad sign. Unfortunately these were not sufficient as the bar outside our window kept us up each night of our stay. When the air conditioning was on it helped muffle the bar noise, but we couldn’t adjust the temperature so it was either freeze with it on or be bombarded by noise with it off

The pool, it looked dirty and could you tint the windows, you feel like you are on display. The windows go out t to the parking lot.

Strange layout of the hotel and a little noisy.

Property was clean except some guest kept trashing the elevator. The breakfast had a lot of options.

The entry was unsafe unless you were coming and leaving in one specific direction. The walls were super thin so every time somebody closes a door or is loud in the hall it sounds like they are in your room.

Good breakfast selection, Gym was functional and clean. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Shower leaked

Excellent hotel with the best free breakfast & most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! I recently returned from a vacation to a Hawaiian resort. These beds at this Holiday inn express were 100% better than the $800/night Hawaii hotel beds.

It was very clean. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Too much road noise.

The room amenities and design.

I was woken up multiple times from the room above us. There was some sort of board creak that we heard periodically throughout the night. It interrupted my sleep. Price was a bit high.

I kept getting lost trying to find breakfast..etc but the staff was very helpful

The breakfast was nicer than other places I’ve stayed, but very few options for celiac. The woman who we checked in with was very friendly and kind.

The room. The shower head broke off when I tried to adjust the height and direction on the sliding bar and water shot up to the ceiling like a fire hydrant and soaked the entire bathroom including all of the towels, my toiletries and some of my clothes. We weren’t able to shower. We plugged our phones into the outlets to charge overnight and woke up with our phones dead because the outlets were not functioning. We are normally laid back and roll with the punches without making a fuss but the whole thing was so out of the norm and disruptive. We had been told we had the last room so we didn’t try to change, but when we asked for a partial refund the man was incredibly rude and unkind and blamed us for not asking for another room.

Night Staff was exceptionally courtesy and professional. Clean and safe for family stay. Breakfast was great. I plan to return to this site The only disappointment is my travel points could not be added to my account apparently cause I booked through a third party which I found somewhat frustrating.

Because I booked through a third party a staffer denied applying my travel points.

I stayed in a family 2-room suite. The beds were very comfortable. I was told that they had overbooked and would have to give us a single double queen instead, or that we could pay extra for another double queen to have two rooms. However, when I arrived, they had managed to get us the original booking room. Plus, the manager gave me a hand- written card apologizing for the confusion and a gift bag full of snacks and treats. Exceptional service! Breakfast was excellent. The pool area shower did not work, but the pool was nice otherwise. A hot tub would have been nice. I loved the location of being right off the freeway.

Have stayed here many times over the last 15+ years. Nice to see efforts to refurbish the motel. Our room and the dining room were like brand new. Have stayed in other motels that were twice the cost and not even close to as nice as here.

Everything. Perfect place. Clean, elegant, easy check in and check out, friendly staff, good breakfast, coffee machine in room, coffee ready in lobby all day, wonderfully quiet and safe-feeling location, free parking on site, good value for money. Just the perfect place for visiting Portland.

Front desk staff were exceptional. Bed was comfortable.

The driveway is difficult to find as it's between a gas station and convenience store. The hotel is back from those. They need a small sign at the driveway area.

Everything was bad from the moment I got there til I left

The breakfast was really good, lots of choices to eat. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

The shower door didn't shut completely. The water leaked on the floor and almost caused me to slip and fall. Could have used at least two bar soaps one for shower and one for sink.
