Adequate but won’t use this one again.

The price was low. Just needed 2 nights.

I got what I paid for. The staff at desk were very nice I do not blame them. The cleaners don’t come only every 3 days and I was there 2. The room was clean except I don’t think the floors had been mopped in forever. When I got in the shower the bottom of my feet were black, after only being barefooted in the room for few walks through the room. I used slippers through my next day. There were no kitchen items in the room. You could ask at desk. I asked for forks and just got a spoon??? The stove was old with a flat plate for the top of the gas burner. It was verrry old and I felt unsafe the microwave had no turntable and it and fridge had metal was showing through the coatings. The toilet ran because the chain. I had to work it to get it off.

The exterior of the property was nice somewhat clean could’ve had a little more cleanup on the outside of the building the walkways

The first room I went in wasn’t clean and the light in the bathroom didn’t work right and they gave me another room that wasn’t clean either. I did stay under protest for myself and found out that it was infested with ants all over the nightstand in the morning everywhere no coffee pot they advertise just coffee in the room, continental breakfast, which was existed a little tiny packaged blueberry muffin, nature, Nutri-Grain granola bar, and instant oatmeal packets was not a kind of breakfast. As far as I was concerned the curtains were very badly hung about ready to fall off the rod. It was just very tacky of a room on the inside, I am an ex motel manager of 16 years so I’m a little more picky than others and notice more than others But it was unacceptable

This was the worst stay we've ever had, and we literally travel the world

The room smelled very musty. The bathroom had mold in it. My daughter has allergies and this morning. We are heading to the doctor because of it. The cupboards were broken outside and in, and the floor was not mopped. It is grimy.

Location was convenient and quiet. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Bathroom smelled like black mold. There was no stopper in the bathtub so you are forced to only shower. Excessive amounts of caulking around tub which was also peeling up and mildewed. Strong of mold in bedroom on backside of bathtub/shower. Plastic laminate was bubbled up and not secured to floor. Breakfast item choices were sparse. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Requested a ground floor room, but staff tried to assign us an upstairs room. Staff was inexperienced. A woman was unconscious in the breezeway, we were impeded trying to park and find room because of First Responders.Floor in our room was filthy.

My experience with the room was very disappointing. Here are the main issues I encountered: The room had a persistent unpleasant odor and felt neglected; The bathroom tub was heavily worn and in need of replacement; The carpet had noticeable stain marks; The kitchen microwave was not functioning at all; I noticed spider webs on the ceiling, indicating poor cleaning. Overall, the room was unclean and uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here based on the condition and cleanliness of the space.

Bad experience that could be rectified if the management cared to do something about it.

The front of the property was beautiful.

Unfortunately our room was at the back. There was garbage piled up just outside our room. Housekeeping did not check to remove our trash or offer clean towels. We slipped in the tub, called the desk for a bath mat and were simply told there were none - basically too bad for us. The breakfast couldn’t even be called a continental breakfast - a small muffin or fig bar, coffee, oatmeal packs but no bowls or cutlery. I understand this caters as extended stay but short stays should receive needed amenities and service.

The location was fantastic very quiet and secluded

No one at the desk when I arrived. No public restroom I had to make myself at home and use the employees bathroom. Several items in my room need work. T paper dispenser pulling out of the wall. Above dining bar looked like a light fixture had been removed paper stuffed in holes not painted. Bath/shower had nothing for anti slip protection.

Worst place to stay

Close to all major highway.

The property was run down. The entry door was terrible. The door sill on the door was missing. There were ants all over, both dead and alive. The bed also had a few dead ants in the sheets.The trash was overflowing outside. The bed was small and hard as a rock. The front desk told us it was the last room available, however there were many empty rooms on the other floors. I’m not sure if the room had been vacuumed for a long time. There was a string mop outside by the stairs. Breakfast was prepackaged to go, such as a granola bar. The freeway noise made it difficult to sleep.All in all it was not a pleasant place to stay.

Bed was the only thing that was clean.

Floors were dirty, sticky and not mopped. Counter tops were dirty and sticky. Refrigerator/freezer dirty! Bathroom sink drained slowly. Floor under bed was dirty. There were no wash cloths and no bath soap.

The property is so dirty, during the night, the water from air conditioning/heater leaks to the floor bed room,and you cannot see it then. I fell and twisted my knee and heap on the left side because of the floor slippery. I reported to front desk Kathy, about the accident. I showed the other front desk guy the picture and video of water leaking on the my bed room floor and skin tear on my left knee. 11/5/23 at around 9:00 am

There were some visible ant issues and the light fixture in the kitchen had a dead moth in it and the toilet seat was extremely loose (the seat and lid both) there was no plug for the bath to be able to take a bath..only a shower. The to go breakfast for free is very limited. The staff was amazing though and housekeepers friendly while passing

Bad

Did not make it back in time for checkout was struck in another town Randle Washington 3hr north. When I returned my food ,clothes, shoes shaving kit and phone charge were gone. Book another week stay there Everyone I spoke with was going to look in to where my belongings went to. Nothing ever came of that. They were going to credit the card the room was booked under which is a company card and does me no good They were personal items and a loss for me not the company I worked for. The loss is estimated at $250.-$300.

Definitely NOT SAFE and FILTHY!

Absolutely nothing

Single mom with 3 kids given room in back by wooded area and small parking area with no lights. 2 men sitting in car. Scared for my safety. Also a big dog in room next to mine barking like crazy. 3rd, room was located right in front of all the garbage in stairwell. Big bags of garbage. Tons of flies and who knows what else! Didn’t stay! So disappointed. Deserve refund!
