About this bed and breakfast
Tasteful, brand new guest house, beautiful neighborhood on the river. Guests have private deck facing yard and separate outdoor sitting area on the Willamette river behind the main house (but not a river view from the unit). Watch the birds, boats and riverboat cruise from the patio with fire pit. 2 miles from lightrail station, restaurants and shopping nearby and 15 mins. to downtown Portland. Kayaks available during warmer months (lifejackets required). Next door to boat ramp, trailer and RV parking available. Friendly to families as well with toys available upon request. Cable TV and Netflix on the flat screen TV, video games available too. Two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed and closet. Big and comfortable fold-out couch and air mattress if needed. Full kitchen with espresso and coffee. All are welcome! East side of river near Milwaukie.

Very clean, cozy, pet friendly, quiet, great neighborhood, and hostess could not have been more friendly and constantly easy to communicate with. Would go back anytime.

The house was lovely and in a beautiful spot! We came for a family wedding and actually wish we had time to enjoy it more than we did!

Ceramic plates chipped (cut my finger on this), host instruction signs everywhere (obstructing views out windows, over toilet, etc.), hard/lumpy sofa, burned out lightbulb on deck, broken lock on bedroom window.
