Rooms were great. The breakfast was very good. The afternoon free happy hour was a nice addition. The location was excellent for all we were doing.
The only thing I didn’t like was the charge for parking. I didn’t see that when reserving the rooms for family.

Being with family.
The sofa beds are horrible and old.
The floors were dirty & not vacuumed.
The pool is not heated. My grandchildren's lips were blue.
Plus there is a parking fee?!? Where was I supposed park?!?! That's asinine.

Great location and great buffet

Loved that it had everything we needed as a family and the breakfast every morning was the best.
Paid parking was pretty expensive when it’s outdoors, limited spots and the hotel is already expensive.

breakfast
the hotel seemed tired/worn out, with dirty carpet and overall was orf the quality we've had at other ES properties.
The lobby has become sterile since they've removed water feature with koi fish.

Feel safe at this location especially with it being a mother and child situation. Staff is always prompt to address any issues and they are always friendly even when you can see they are super busy.
Don't have any complaints at this time

Location
The rooms air-conditioning didn't work it 78 degrees with air on full blast. Could not sleep, asked foe a different room and was given a box fan that barely worked. Reported to staff and was not given any assistance or apologies.

Spacious rooms, beautiful styled surroundings throughout building.
Need new TV!

Breakfast omelettes were good.
For a family of six, the room was not comfortable. Instead of two queens, we had two double beds and a sofa bed. Only one mattress was comfortable of the three. 17$ a day for parking was way too high.

Close to where I needed to be that why I come back even though it’s a sub par property
They had an entire hotel full of soccer kids again !
Running all over screaming yelling knocking on doors
Stopping the elevator on every floor !
It’s nuts ! The staff seems oblivious where did Hilton’s customer service go ???
I guess Paris needs to step it up !

Love the "suites" part of this. Two separate rooms. However the couch (a hideaway bed) was somewhat uncomfortable. T

breakfast was good with a variety of breakfast items. happy hour is always good. room comfort. the shower in the room in the north tower was big. if you get a chance to stay there, ask for the north tower. it appears more up to date than the south tower. it was cooler and worth the peace and quiet. we were very grateful for Masum (wrong spelling of her name) thinking on her feet when it came to the A/C issue in our room. see below under 'what we didn't like" about the A/C.
the A/C was not working properly in our room facing the afternoon sun. maintenance could not fix it and offered a box fan. unfortunately that would not work. I contacted the evening shift staff and she rectified it immediately. she went out of her way to find a room in the north tower away from the sun for us. and boy what a temperature difference. we were very grateful for Masum (wrong spelling of her name) thinking on her feet. she was not put out by our request for a cooler room. Thank you for your professionalism and pleasant disposition. a minor issue, we couldn't find a cart to tow the luggage upstairs.

Not pleasant at all .

All the guests were polite and respectful. Even the children were quiet & polite.
we prefer a location closer to Lake Oswego, and the road construction added to that issue.

The breakfast and pool/hot tub were great, room was clean and spacious with enough towels and bedding.
It’s a huge hotel and it was hard to find a parking space in the limited outdoor spaces. The pullout bed was difficult to use and very squeaky and uncomfortable. The location was a bit isolated, and far from the city with traffic.

Bed was nice and firm, room was nice and cool and dark enough to sleep
Scrambled eggs were tasteless. Red wine is not supposed to be kept in a fridge.
6.0 / 10.0
Happy hour was good
Rooms could use some upkeep maintenance for aesthetics and furniture very old and well used. Had to pay $17 for parking and it is not even in the city and plenty of parking available.

Was clean. The check in was easy and staff was very friendly. Additionally, we were right next to the attraction we came into town to see.
Breakfast could have been just a bit better, but filled me up adequately.

Cocktail happy hour location was confusing, pre-opening. Upgrade bar and restaurant staff were snobs.

There was nothing we did not like.

Location, there was a bingo activity for the guests and we enjoyed it.
Some stuff are a little worn out and needs maintenance. The outlet in our room behind the sofa and sidetable is broken.i saw my son plugging something in and it worried me that he could have accidentally touched a live wiring inside. The lamp plug by the other side is also worn out.

We rented a room for our daughter and her friends for her 16th birthday party. The property was clean, friendly, and safe.
There was no food or drinks until 5 pm

The parking was very congested. The hotel is pretty dated but overall a good experience.

I like the location of the hotel due to the fact that we were playing golf at redtail which made it very convenient for the travel back and forth
There wasn't really anything that I didn't like

The location is great. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping- especially Washington Town Square. The hotel is nice, we had to switch rooms as our first room reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff was very apologetic and moved us right away. The only other issue we had was the extra blanket was put in the plastic blanket bag still damp so it was wet when we went to get it out for our third child. We called and they immediately brought us a new one and apologized. The breakfast was good and kids enjoyed the pool.

nothing
the fact we were declined to stay, even though our bank account shows we paid over $800 for our scheduled stay. the fact we were given the vicious cycle between the Embassy and Booking dot com trying to get my money back. Corey at the Embassy gave me a number to call, with a set of instruction to talk with Booking for the process to refund to me the money. I followed his instructions. I just get the run around from the voice which took my call. She assured me, I'd get the refund. We'll, my bank statement on a daily basis fails to show me the returned money for the two booked stays. I WILL be reporting this to the BBB and will by word of mouth spread the news to anyone and everyone about BOOKING & EMBASSY. It is very clear, they never wanted my repeat business in the future!

We really liked the layout of the suite, bedroom separated from the “living room” with sofabed (which was quite comfy) and office table, fridge and sink area. Reception staff helpful.
It was not clean. Carpet in room dirty, hallway carpets nasty! Room had a musty smell.
Breakfast food was low quality, watery eggs, cheap dry bread.
10.0 / 10.0
Really like the happy hour and the breakfast included. So many options and staff was super friendly.
The bed sheets were a little challenging, they kept coming off at night. That is about the only bad thing I can come up with.
4.0 / 10.0
In addition to the exorbitant price we had an additional parking fee. The front desk person who checked us in was rude.

Hotel was beautiful
No fans or ventilation in room causing it to be way too humid. Windows did not open. Bathroom had no fan and steamed up entire suite. Bed was lopsided causing back pain. Had to purchase movies to watch in room. Paid for parking and suite had no on site parking spots available.
10.0 / 10.0
Breakfast was disappointing because there wasn't any sausage but the omelet bar made up for that. Rooms are always great, managers special needs to change what they offer different food, it's always the same thing.
Can we change up the managers special at night? They used to rotate between a few different types of foods
