The location is good — not far from Beaverton or Portland.
The room was nice and clean. Our only small comment here is that the bed is stupidly high off the ground and hard to get into.
Breakfast (we were there for 3 of them) was disappointing. The kitchen seemed to be understaffed for the number of guests, so we had to wait for them to replenish the food and coffee and to clean the tables so that we could sit and eat. The food was OK, but we have had better breakfasts at other Hilton hotels (e.g. Tru)

Clean facility, large comfort rooms, great breakfast and coffee service.
Bathroom door loud closing, and not sound-proof. Bathroom fan comes on extremely slowly. Bed a bit too firm for me. Pool was overcrowded with kids for hours…suggest sign-up times for groups larger than 5. Also maid service mid-stay forgot to resupply toilet paper, tissues, lotions
