Nice room. Clean. The floors by the elevator were dirty and sticky.

We went to Oregon for a stressful situation and I told my family I would get a room so we can relax, maybe soak in a hot tub and get some zen back. The hot tub was not working, their was turds in the pool. They had no feminine hygiene products (in case of an emergency) . The room was freezing: There were no pool towels, the pool bathroom was a mess.

Front desk guy at check-in was very professional. Room could have been vacuumed better tho. Overall it was a great stay with good breakfast and comfy bed.

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom didn’t look as clean: the shower had hair on the floor, the mirror had splashes on it, the sheets were very loose with wrinkles which made me wonder if they were even changed. The breakfast was ok but the use of paper plates and plastic utensils didn’t meet the eco friendly status.

The hotel serves its purpose, however location is less than desirable in that the residential homes an apartments surrounding the hotel were not well kept. Bathroom floor could use a good scrub. Other than those things it was just okay.

Breakfast was offered but eggs and potatoes were out. We end up leaving for breakfast

The room has smell and pillow

There just needs to be water in the workout space, and lobby areas. There just wasn’t an easy way to fill up water bottles. As well, the WiFi wasn’t working in the workout room or the TVs in that space. They ran out of breakfast on one of the mornings we were there. We appreciated the kind staff, it was clean and quiet.

Everything would have been 5 stars if the hot tub was working and we had breakfast. One of the perks of the room is the breakfast you offer and this morning at 7 am (when breakfast starts at 6) nothing was done and took 45 mins for one pan of uncooked potatoes to come out.. kind of ridiculous.

I chose this hotel because it was new and had a nice gym. There was no air-conditioning in the gym and no cold water. The lightbulbs in the room were absolutely awful with a very bluish unfriendly feeling.

I seached forca place near hospital but it was not i needed it tonight but it was not. Please cancel reservation.

I will start with the good.. Riley. He was the front desk staff when we arrived and he was there every night of our 3 day stay. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Now the bad, everything else. Smelled like weed when we arrived in the elevator and right by our room. We didn't really care about this but we did let Riley know so that we wouldn't get blamed, since we don't smoke. My bed was stained on the sheets and had hair under the blanket on top of the sheet so i had to call for new ones. Riley got them for us right away even though he was busy. We arrived on Friday and when I woke up on Saturday morning i noticed 2 bites on my fingers. I thought it was probably just a spider so i didn't think much of it. We go out Saturday night and come back and go to bed. Throughout the night I was itching pretty badly that it kept waking me up. I got up and looked but i didn't see any bugs so i thought maybe i was just having phantom itches as I've dealt with bedbugs before at another hotel, we travel a lot. Next morning on Sunday i noticed another bite but this time on my arm. It looked slightly different more like a mosquito bite so again i chalked it up to that, anything but bedbugs. After we got back Sunday night around 6 i took a shower and laid in my bed and from them on i was super itchy. Finally i got up and started to check my body and found many more bites and that's when i knew it was ABSOLUTELY bedbugs. If you know anything about bedbugs they cluster fe

Clean and comfortable

It was quite and comfortable, but not up to Hilton cleanliness. The gym was dirty and the A/C was broken. The floors in the room needed a better clean. The staff were very nice and the beds were comfortable.

Pros: affordable, newer, modern, comfy bed, pool and hot tub, along with free breakfast. Cons: dirty room and pool area, free breakfast was constantly out of items like protein, eggs, juice and coffee. Less nice than other Hampton Inns but decent.

They provide services through text messages which was very convenient & smooth.

Only reason I gave it 4 star is because we had kids (teens) above our room running & jumping all night long. Finally called reception after midnight. Kids should not be staying in a room without a parent.

Staff was very helpful & greeted with a smile and gave accurate information.

This is a very dog friendly and kid friendly hotel. Most of the staff was great, friendly and willing to help with anything. We were able to hang out in the lobby, get tea or coffee and the kids can get coco! They had poop bags for your dog if you forgot yours. Breakfast was not filled. We were there for 2 nights and woke up late the first morning got there at 9am no bacon no eggs no bread. Next day i oke up at 6am. Nothing was out yet. Waited 30 mins there was bacon but no eggs no bread. Gave up and ate breakfast somewhere else. Walking down the hallways was hard when the cleaning people were cleaning the rooms. They left the carts at an angle. I called to them to move them but they had headphones on so i just moved them which is hard to do when carrying two kids. The smoker area needs to be moved away from the front entrance. If you have kids and dogs use the other entrance to avoid the smoke. We will definitely come back as we did have a blast in the pool!

Parking lot was covered in trash, but everyone was very nice and our room was extremely clean!

Front desk and housekeeping were excellent. Sunday morning we were without a hot breakfast, other than that it was most pleasant.

Staff is super friendly and great clean rooms! Will definitely be staying here again.
