The first room we .complained 3 or 4 maybe 5 time bc a dog was left barking in the room. Half the night n barking for hours.so we asked to move to another room.That room had cockroaches..no fridge.no.price adjustment given

Perfectly adequate for my short stay!

Friendly and easy check-in, convenient location, good parking, clean room, price.

Must use stairs to access the second floor. Not a big deal but a little tough with a heavy suitcase.

It's fine if you need a no fuss, cheap place to stay.

Location was exactly what I was looking for. Stayed in the ADA room and it was nice to have the wider entrance way/roll in shower, for the mobility hindered person I was with, but I'm not sure someone in a wheelchair would have been OK. Also easy to get in and out of, as the door opens straight into the parking lot. The room doesn't have any amenities (microwave, coffee pot, fridge, etc.), but they reached out in advance to make sure I knew that so I was prepared.

They don't offer during stay housekeeping, which was fine, except we ran out of some toiletries. Room wasn't dirty, but it also wasn't exactly clean. There were pink stains on the bathroom walls, a couple of holes in the blankets, and the corners of the rooms were dirty, like it hadn't been swept completely.

I’d stay again

The renovations and cleanliness of my room was nice.

Shared parking with a Bar and the lack of pet station. There’s a trash can and poop bags but no grass nearby. There’s a small patch at the front of the property but it’s not that big

The restaurant next door

multiple things work poorly or didn't. Every room needs something fixed and nobody there knows it. The Indian owner and the Latino House are able to communicate. The house keepers don't check operations and wouldn't tell the owners anyway. There maintenance person comes once a week. What they need is for someone like me to stay 1 night in every room and make them a list. "it would be looooog"

Room 204: Bathroom walls near toilet were gross. Room 216: Main light didn’t work. Smelled so badly of smoke that I asked to switch rooms for my kids and I. There were no other rooms available so I asked for a discount/refund. The front desk said I’d get a refund. That hasn’t happened.

Front desk workers were nice. One really understood our frustration of the room. One of the housekeepers was rude. Our sheets had cigarette burnt marks. Our rooms smelled liked cigarettes when we booked non smoking due to my child having asthma.

The room was dirty and the floor was sticky the phone didn't work most the lights didn't work the room smelt like smoke and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. My sheets were dirty, and I had to ask for clean ones. The top blanket on both beds had burn holes in them. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom door was scratched from like an animal chewing on it .

Only did overnight stay, and motel was quite suitable for that.

Convenient location, only a fraction of a mile to Interstate 5 interchange, motel on state route 99. Room was clean. When we got there we were told that the room reserved through Booking.com was on the second floor with no elevator. Am partially handicapped, so I requested a ground floor one. One was available being cleaned, so the friendly staff was able to give us that.

No breakfast available, just coffee. Staff was not reachable at 9 PM (supposed to be 24 hour) when we couldn't get the Coke machine to work. Only one full roll of toilet paper provided, and no facial tissues. Room had cable and WI-FI, but no microwave or refrigerator. Pillows were unsatisfactory.

what a joke I go in pay for room leave to get dinner as I'm gone my other half has a all just say a bhs problem and I go to get a new room key he duck refused to give me one the threatened to call cops on me only been there for a hour they charged me over price so I asked for my money back he also refused so I sat out side in rain and cold all night cause ,y car keys were inside worst service I have ever seen tuck that place

Basic motel

The unit itself was clean and tidy. It had a large screen TV and offered free wifi. The shower/bathtub was quite nice.

I didn't like that I was told the deposit I paid would be refunded to me in a couple of days but when I called the motel back, the manager told me it would be 5 days. I haven't experienced this problem with any other motel/hotel I have stayed in. I won't be staying in a Motel 6 again.
