Quiet and comfortable.

Very clean and friendly staff, got a double queen suit, kitchenette was perfect for us.

We visit Portland 2-3x every year. This has become our favorite hotel.

Quiet, easy location, clean, decent breakfast, good hot water, reasonable number of outlets and charging ports, good WiFi, nice smooth sheets, comfortable quilts, nice little kitchenette.

Not enough hooks or towel bars in the bathroom! Drives ya nuts! The mattresses sag a tiny bit, and the pillows are thicker than I like. Together that means your head is at a little too much of an angle. But you can get used to it.

Clean place, very nice staff, perfect location for our purpose, decent breakfast. Everything worked in the room (good AC!) except the mattress sagged a lot. Staff told us all the mattresses were due for replacement in the next 12 months.

Home away from home.

Hotel is clean, as always, beds very comfortable, GOOD PILLOWS. Nice kitchen, Outside grounds well kept, safe atmosphere. Friendly staff. Very quiet. Good place to bring our dog, he is very happy here and staff and other guests are nice to him. Walking trail behind the hotel is lined with a pond full of wildlife (we've seen a great blue heron there). The trail leads to shopping areas and nearby restaurants, including natural foods and two great international markets.

We've been coming here since the place was new, 2 to 3 times per year, and I can't think of anything we don't like.

Great option when in Beaverton!

Good location; nice staff; rooms with kitchenette, sofa, fridge, etc.

Never heard any noises from other guests, but I did from a close by interstate. I travel with a white noise machine, so no problem for me at all. I hate Marriott soft pillows.

Staff communication could be improved. Experienced an incident where someone thought I would be checking out, so our stay was almost accidentally cut short. discussion with a different staff member later in the day fortunately helped to straighten things out.

convenient location, new property, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, includes hot/cold breakfast buffet options, bed comfortable, nice kitchenette, nice TV, near metro commuter line, offered free cookies at front desk in afternoons/evenings and free quality single serve microwaveable oatmeal to take to room in the mornings.

hot buffet on alternate days had eggs with cheese only which I couldn’t eat-suggest offering cheese as add on; bathroom did not have a exhaust fan, need to add another towel bar in bathroom
