Very clean and comfortable.
The advertised price per night did not reflect the actual price we paid for our one night stay.

Nice hotel in central Beaverton. Great location if you're looking to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, or cafes. So many to choose from! Right on the MAX light rail for those who aren't driving. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good for typical American hotel standards. Friendly front desk staff.
Due to the central location, finding free parking could be challenging, as other reviews have noted. I stayed on a weekend and had no issue finding nearby street parking, however.

Location clean friendly staff
Booking.com and website said check in is 3pm and was informed when I got there that checkin is 4pm. Luckily they let us check in at 3ish as we were tired from an early bumpy flight

I had a really positive experience at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day, and the location made it easy to get around. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind and accommodating—after I checked out, they let me store my bags so I could go apartment hunting and later grab dinner without dragging everything around. I really appreciated the thoughtful service and would happily stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff treated us with so much welcoming energy and kindness!! My friend and I arrived late due to some traffic complications, and the staff was still incredibly kind, understandable and helpful. The room was pleasant and clean. We were not expecting a lot for the breakfast aspect as we had never been to this specific hotel before, but the breakfast had a nice range of options, and it was very lovely.
We were a little frustrated that we had to struggle to find other parking because of the pay to park.

Hotels that allow dogs can be run down and filthy. NOT the Hyatt House! The entire place, including our room was clean and stylish and SO COMFORTABLE! We were all extremely impressed & and satisfied with our stay!
Having to pay for parking. But, it was right behind the hotel with convenient hotel access and SECURE!

Very clean, everything worked, and comfortable accommodations. Rooms are quiet and the breakfast was good. Checked out the gym but did not use. Would definitely stay here again
The plumbing is loud when the room above you flushes

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Always greeted with a smile from the front desk to housekeeping. Having a laundry room available was an extra bonus. Located just a half block from Portland’s TriMax light rail system made travel to and from the airport easy for just a few dollars.
Breakfast was just so so. The “hot” items like eggs or waffles were just lukewarm. Yogurt and cut fruit were usually depleted. The coffee was good and I appreciated having a decent brewed decaf option available.

The shower was very nice. The bed was comfortable and they had a nice lobby. They also had a nice breakfast!
I did not like the fire alarm going off when I was still sleeping. Every one ended up on the sidewalk in PJ's and it seemed like it was a false alarm. I also did not like the noise from the tram going by and the warning ding, ding, ding often during the night

After the first breakfast we did not come back

The location was close to food and close to the area where I needed to be.
The first room that I stayed in was not properly cleaned. I stepped on glass! While I wasn’t injured, the staff quickly rectified the situation. I was thankful for them. Overall, I had a comfortable and quiet stay.

Great location and staff.
Breakfast buffet was tepid. No 24/7 coffee and tea. Lack of sufficient and free parking.

The coffee in the rooms was some of the worst I’ve had in a hotel.

Parking is not great

A comfortable place, good breakfast though runs out fast and gets crowded in the morning, good location in Beaverton, and there is a food truck court nearby.
Parking is very expensive. I parked on the street instead. Check-in was confusing as the person made several mistakes while checking us in. Terrible coffeemaker in the room.
5.0 / 10.0
The room was fairly clean, had a nice kitchen area, and the bed was comfortable.
The first negative is the parking. There was a small parking area in the rear, but it was $35 a day and not guaranteed. Anyone could pay and park there, which meant that hotel guests could wind up SOL. The street parking was limited to 2 hours and full constantly.
Secondly, our room (like most in this facility) was next to the railroad tracks. This meant that we were woken up throughout the night and early morning by the trains.
The third negative was the bathroom with a shower that was difficult to adjust. When on, it was difficult to enter without having the water splashing out next to the vanity.
The fourth complaint was the sitting area, which we paid a little more for. It was cramped and the sofa took up the entire space.
For the cost of the room, we expected more.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, easy walking distance to The Reser, food cart pod, and many bars, restaurants, and MAX train (to Portland/Hillsboro).
If you have a car you will either pay $35/day for valet parking, or $15/day at nearby garage, OR deal with 2hr time limit (M-F 7am-6pm) free street parking. Street parking is ample and no limit overnight and weekends, so if you’re using your car in the daytime, this might not be too much of a pain.

The breakfast was good, could have been a bit warmer. Room was clean, very basic. Very comfortable bed.
The coffee pot didn't work correctly in the room. The breakfast coffee was very strong.

The outside street lights were so bright that the room was lit-up all night. The so-called blackout shades did nothing at all. That room (202) probably needs curtains.

New, clean, large rooms.
Having to pay 30.00 per night for valet parking is a bit steep. This should be made very clear when booking the hotel. They do not have any self parking only valet.

This was an unplanned stay resulting from storm damage and power outages. Hyatt House is short distance from home and was inundated with similarly affected residents. Love that facility is pet-friendly. Staff was friendly and patient and made every attempt to accommodate our request for stay extension while waiting for utility to restore power to our home. Thank you!
After several days, breakfast pickings had become quite slim. Presuming this was the result of cancelled/delayed weather-related deliveries. Still, we were happy to have breakfast available.

Everything! I ended up extending stay because our power still has not been restored in our neighborhood.

it was updated and clean
they add hidden charges to your statements. there is no parking. at all. you pay $30 per day to have it valet parked, or try and find a 2 hour only spot on the streets. good luck playing the 2 hr rotation game. the hidden charges were an “accident” so they claim. I will never stay there again. they said they assumed that we used valet. so charges were automatically added. its a scam and a way to nickel and dine you. Shame….
