Overpriced, deceptive booking .com false information,outdated hotel!

The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Also BOOKING .COM lied and said there was a pool !The Toilet was plugged, and I had to borrow a plunger from the front desk to fix it myself!The room was way over priced!

Room smelled of pet urine & multiple misc stains through out. Also room was infested with fleas & bit me pretty bad. Manager only comped one night out of the three. Sausage during breakfast was probably left over from prior day since it was seriously dry and over cooked. Probably worse Homewood I've stayed at which is sad to say considering price came out to almost $400/night after fees

Enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites and plan to stay there again.

The breakfast was better than most we have experienced. A nice selection of unusual items such as chia seed pudding, which I enjoyed each day. And fresh boiled eggs each time. They also had fresh fruit available for snacking at other times of the day, along with coffee and tea.

I didn't like having to pay for parking. It was a spacious parking lot and there didn't seem like a need to charge for parking.

Never informed me of an incidental charge for the room. Charged me $200 and would not refund. No damage or extra charges to the room after 7 weeks stay.

Your woman at the front desk was absolutely horrible to myself and my colleague. I understand people have bad days but she was hostile to us from the moment we stepped through the door. Very sad

Good breakfast. Good room layout.

Staff rude, unhelpful,possibly racist. Called the police-by law we had to vacate-due to incompetence of hotel. Room had a clogged bathroom-would have to wait a day to have it looked at, we were asked to use bathroom of travel mates. They were not prepared to call out a handyman/plumber until working hours. The room was not cleaned as requested, and they refused to clean Steven though staff were available. No manager or other was available. Rather they called the police.

The breakfast was good, but missed it most mornings because they stopped serving at 9am. On vacation I like to sleep in a bit.

Had requested an early checking (1pm) as our flight arrived at 11am. When we called at noon to see if we could get in before 3:00, we were told we could not.

clean and bright and breakfast included was very good with lots of different choices. we stayed at a different Hilton branded hotel just a few weeks prior and the bed was super uncomfortable and we had to pay for breakfast that only has a few items on the menu. Homewood Suites was slightly higher cost, if you include the parking, but the comfier bed and better breakfast definitely made it worth it.

they charge $10/night if you have to park a car there. this was not on the listing and they were gracious enough to waive it for us (we were just there for two nights)
