Would never stay there again because they had roaches in the facility.

I like the comfort and the location. The staff was very friendly.

I was disappointed that there was no morning breakfast of any kind like the add said there would be. The coffee had no creamer and was limited on sweetners. I had to go get coffee off site.

It was perfect for what I needed.

The location was perfect. The ease of parking, the area to walk my pet, and accessibility was great. I loved that there was no carpet in the room, especially since I had my pet with me. While there were no accidents (LOL), it was less stressful. Also, it's a plus to not have any smells trapped in the carpets!

The lobby smelled like marajuana, every time I walked in, the it smelled. Knowing it's legal is fine, however, I thought the facility was a non-smoking facility. The facility looks a little worn out.

Relaxing and just what I need after long stressful week

The room was updated (love hardwood flooring in hotels)it was very nice inside and everything worked inside the room.

I hate that you don’t always have a good work connection and mine shut off for over an hourlastnight and couldn’t use the hotel WiFi all morning luckily I have good cellular WiFi but I paid for the WiFi at the hotel so that’s a bummer!!!!

Very disappointing stay. Despite calling ahead informing the property about our arrival time, we had to wait over an hour at check-in due to a system "audit." The entire property, including our room, had a strong, unpleasant smell.

It was a big disappointment. Wil never stay at en Extended Stay again.

Air conditioner broken-had to move rooms. Garbage left in kitchenette cupboard. Free breakfast advertised but was only coffee and nutrigrain bar. Sheets on one of the beds were dirty. Dogs were allowed and were barking. Very loud music and you could smell cigarette smoke.

Close to family.

It seemed a lot of homeless people were housed there. People hanging out front by lobby entry cleaning g out their car with seats and clothes everywhere. Not a good look.

Not much to be honest.

The property needs more parking spots. I arrived at midnight. My room was not ready due to the system being down. I got my room an hour later. The front desk staff told me I was getting a discount, which didn’t happen. After I got my room, I walked in and it had an unpleasant smell.

Good size room, easy check in.

No bath towels in room because they "Ran out" night stands dirty, TV remote didn't work. People smoking right outside the front door. There is no free breakfast, they have free snacks in the am. A granola bar and coffee is not breakfast.

Snow storm. Worked late then early.This hotel not conducive to good night’s sleep.

Location good. They advertise breakfast but all they had at 6:05 were granola bars. - Except that they had just run out.

Broken shower handle sprayed cold water on me and everywhere else. No coffee pot in room. Front desk attendant unconsciously used a racial epithet. A person of color was present. The people in the next room played TV too loud all night and morning, front desk did nothing when we called.

Good stay. Nice roomy space. Recliner a good idea. Awesome shower/bathroom. Comfy bed.

The staff every day and every interaction was remarkable! Pleasant. Helpful. Accommodating. Even over the stress of the Christmas holidays and a power outage! Loved that everyone welcomed and accepted our small Boston Terrier Dog.

A little noisy at night in the hallways. But it was Christmas, so I understand.
