I liked that when we discovered that our toilet wasn't working the front desk staff immediately set us up in a new room and upgraded.

housekeeping staff should have put this room "out of order" after cleaning, the front desk was not aware of the broken toilet. The toilet was running with a broken handle, the hotel was low occupancy, so it was funny that out of all the rooms available, we ended up with this one.

The room I stayed in had a refrigerator that sounds like it might be having some trouble. It was making a loud sound throughout the night and it did wake us up multiple times. Other than that the room was great!

Great property with a huge lobby with tons of seating ideal for working remotely or congregating with the family. Friendly staff, clean, large room and ample parking. I will definitely be staying there again when I am in town.

Nice accommodations but paying for parking because of 'tariffs' was lame.

The hotel was in a great location - quiet and easy to access! It was, honestly, nicer than I expected...a perk! The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating!

The parking... They had us pay for parking. I understand that in locations where space is limited - city centers...yes. The location of this hotel did not warrant paying $12 a day for parking. There was ample room. When we asked why we were being charged the staff said it's because of tariffs. A ridiculous excuse for charging more. We will be staying there again in the future as our son goes to college nearby but we will NOT be paying for parking. Something you should know before you go...if they make you pay for parking, know there is plenty of street parking, and if on a weekend, lots nearby where you can park without being charged.

"Good breakfast and a nice atmosphere. The bathroom is large, with a bathtub only (no shower). Great Hilton TV – you can connect your own Netflix and other streaming services.

Two small downsides: (1) the room window faces the parking lot, so you'll likely want to keep the shades closed for privacy; and (2) the room lighting is cold white – personally, I prefer the warm white lighting that most hotels use."

Lovely large room, comfortable bed and good linen. Reception and check-in straightforward and very quick. Room was quiet and well-cleaned on arrival and extra towels were available.

Breakfast rather too heavy on carbohydrates. No ordinary electric socket near desk. Room was only serviced once during the 3 nights' stay.

Very clean and quiet in a mellow “business park” area. Lovely staff. We will stay here every time we visit friends and family. Highly recommend.

It was a good place to stay for us. Near all the fields we needed to be at for baseball games and track meets. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The room was fine.

The breakfast buffet didn't have anything fresh, and the eggs were awful. But the rest of the food was pretty good.
