I liked that when we discovered that our toilet wasn't working the front desk staff immediately set us up in a new room and upgraded.
housekeeping staff should have put this room "out of order" after cleaning, the front desk was not aware of the broken toilet. The toilet was running with a broken handle, the hotel was low occupancy, so it was funny that out of all the rooms available, we ended up with this one.

Breakfast was all right. We were very disappointed when a teenager sport team was put on our honors floor and were very loud and rowdy...parental supervision???
