Very Friendly staff. Location. Room was good sized.

Handles and hand areas were not cleaned in room.

The location is convenient to many areas of Portland.

We have stayed at this Embassy Suites several times but this time the breakfast was not nearly as good as previous times. The custom omelets were greasy and not completely cooked, and most of the buffet was picked over and not replenished.

Embassy should not charge for parking. We did not like this unnecessary added fee. Also being charged for a “transient” totally ridiculous, throwing tons of money at the homeless issue has not lessened the problem but only made it worse. Elect politicians that really want to solve the problem, maybe elect more republicans instead of socialist gas lighters.

All over the property was excellent and wonderful breakfast served.

Staff was pretty helpful.

Most of the laundry facilities were broken, the one washer that worked kept eating my money, and staff had to find keys to get quarters out and get it to work. There were non-english speaking staff at breakfast that simply did not care about getting the omelets right. Just stare at me with annoyance when they didn't right down the correct order, and then make whatever they wanted. My breakfast orders were never right, and i stayed quite a while. Needed sheets for the pullout bed, didn't have a full set available. Would request towels because there weren't enough in the room, even sharing 2 people per towel, they never got delivered. Someone else checked in when they got there before me, and when I changed the payment card, they charged me, but also charged the first card...twice. When i booked the room, the pictures on the website showed one bed in each room, which was perfect because gramma needed her own space. When we checked in the beds were both in the same room. When asked if they had a room with separate rooms, they said those pictures were taken from a different location, that they get that a lot? Very misleading and the biggest reason I booked here. Ended up buying an air mattress for the kids to sleep in the living room away from grandma and aunt because fire code wouldn't let them bring a cot in. Very annoying.

Every thing was great except for when I asked to have the room cleaned every day. The person I told at check in marked us down for no maid. So on Sunday, we went to the front desk and got towels and Monday was the only day the maid came in.

Dirty room. Table still had finger marks on it and the shower had been sprayed with cleaner but not wiped away completely. Random food marks on the walls.
