The staff were so unnecessarily rude and came up with multiple reasons I couldn’t stay at their hotel anymore when I abided by all rules.

Inexpensive, spacious, clean

I stayed here overnight because I had an appointment at the nearby Kaiser hospital. It was a convenient short walk. If I had to stay longer it would have been great, too. I didn't try out the kitchen, but it seemed like just enough for a week or longer stay. I also liked the carpetless flooring - carpets in hotels always gross me out. If I stay here again I'll bring my pets.

There wasn't any conditioner provided, but I should have anticipated that.

It was the least expensive in the area. It was clean and I felt safe.

The complementary breakfast wasn’t worth getting up for. There were packages of oatmeal and some tiny packaged muffins of some sort of offbrand that did not taste good the Styrofoam coffee cups were tiny.

They offered satellite TV. However, the channel with the TV menu was not set up and the time on the TV was off by two hours in order to pick a channel to watch you had to go through the entire menu click on a channel to see what was playing

Couldn’t slept well .

Just Where it’s located !

This property rooms aren’t cleaned , I had to cleaned the room myself. The fire alarm when off in the middle of midnight , and it was someone who did it on purpose. This is not a safe hotel to stay and rest.

Skip this nasty mess

No water 1 not, never any hot water, our room was not clean, we asked for staff to not come in our room ea day, yet they proceeded to come in everyday and turn stuff off we wanted on and leave lights on. Never a manager around, twice had to wait over a half hr for the person to get off their break to deal with stuff. So in short we didnt like anything

The breakfast was a joke, there wasn't a thing we liked. We stay at a lot of extended stays and this is the absolute worst 1. Never again.

Could be a nice place to stay but needs some cleaning and better communication.

Pet friendly with grass area for dogs.

Aged looking due to grime on doors in the halls. No bedding for the hide a bed. No cups or kitchen accessories. (The stove top didn’t appear to be in working order. Shower was hard to turn on and was known by the staff but not repaired. I tried to call the office for bedding but no one answered. I wasn’t given any information on the property amenities. Didn’t know I needed to ask for bedding. I was over charged. Booking.com said $111.00 I was charged $168. I didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know what the extra charge was for.

Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had

My family and I stayed at Extended Stay America Suites from Friday, August 22 to Sunday, August 24, 2025. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I want to be very clear why: Unprofessional Conduct at Check-In: When I arrived to check in around 5:00 PM, I witnessed a long-term guest hand the desk clerk cash, which she pocketed. This behavior immediately raised red flags about integrity and professionalism at this location. Misrepresentation Online vs. Reality: The pictures online show a full stove and oven, but our room had only a two-burner stovetop — with one burner completely inoperable. The website also claims “Dining and cooking utensils provided,” yet nothing was in the room. We had to go to the front desk, request them, and carry them back ourselves. When I asked for the complete set, I was handed only two bowls, plates, cups, and pieces of silverware — despite booking a room for five people. I even had to ask separately for a toaster. The excuse given was that “people steal these items,” so they don’t actually provide them in the rooms anymore. Nonexistent Basic Amenities: We were repeatedly told the hotel’s single luggage cart was “lost.” As a result, my daughter and I had to make multiple trips carrying heavy items and wrangling three children up to the second floor — at both check-in and check-out. Unsafe and Unsanitary Conditions: • The working stove burner was covered in a thick, flaking layer of debris with visible rust underneath — a clear fire hazard. • When we pulled out the hide-a-bed for the children, the mattress was stained with blood. There were no linens provided, and repeated calls to the front desk went unanswered. My grandchildren ended up sleeping on the floor. • The next morning, our toilet stopped working. Instead of sending maintenance, I was told to come to the desk and pick up a plunger myself. Indifference and Lack of Service: When I reported the blood-stained mattress, the desk clerk’s only res

Cheap hotel in a good location, few amenities.

Location was fantastic. Very walkable to groceries and public transportation.

Room was very loud. Door was broken and didn’t close properly. We asked to be moved and they were unable to accommodate without moving to a smaller room without enough beds for our family. Booking said there was breakfast but it was only coffee and snack bars.

Security lock on door missing screws, blow dryer didn’t work. Stains on floor curtains ironing board lock on window broken, had to have staff help with shower, police on sight when arrived wish they had a pool

A disappointment, only good thing was location.

It’s gone downhill since our last time staying there! There were 4 of us staying there, a teen & 6 yr old. There was no bedding for the hide a bed, we had to ask for that. There were only 2 chairs to use for the table, had to ask for chairs. Weren’t enough towels,washcloths for 4 people. Needed a cart to load all our things to the car, couldn’t find one, my husband went to front desk to ask, told you might need to look on other floors. He did & didn’t find one. The room had a funny smell. We will not stay there again.

Access door didn’t lock or even shut without pulling. People mingling in halls outside door at all hours. People smoking right outside access door which was 2 feet from our room door. Smelled like fish and other food cooking the entire time. Pillows need to be replaced, they were so flat and uncomfortable. Not enough supplies for kitchenette. They had no pots or pans available and very limited random silverware, no bowls. It was not very clean. This is a very basic minimal comfort hotel.

A waste of money. Wished we would’ve spent a little more money and had a more quality experience after a stressful week.

I liked that it was convenient to work and my apartment while it was getting maintenance

Staff not helpful at all. They were barely at the front desk. Hotel was $130-$160 a night and they never bothered to tell us they expected us to take our own garbage out and bring our dirty towels to the front desk and exchange for new one’s. Burners on stove did not work correctly, front desk was told and no one came to fix. Bed was super uncomfortable with kid sized Walmart pillows that cost about $2.50 ea. Mold around bathtub seal. Manager was rude when asking about housekeeping. Ding dongs and pop tarts out at breakfast time is not too cool after paying those type of prices. No value for the money spent!

Minimalist

I had to book another room after staying for three weeks just to get a clean room. It says that they will turn over the room after seven days……every time I asked, they told me no they couldn’t because they didn’t have enough staff.

Great stay, comfy rooms, little hiccup with check in, but all was well.

I love the layout of the suite. It was a very home like feeling.

Everything was great, except, we had to wait over an hour, late at night, to be able to check in because the system on the computer was doing an audit. I wish there was something in place to be able to check in when situations like that occurs. The room was set up very nice, and the bed was really cozy!

The only thing is the location is near lots of places to eat and grocery stores. Other than that don't ever stay here

Horrible customer service. Loud obnoxious guests. There is mold in the shower In the "suite" we stayed in along with stains all over the carpet, wouldn't recommend walking barefoot. When I called the front desk the guy I spoke was super rude and short and got an attitude with me when I called to complain about the room above us. The room above mine was loud from 1030pm to midnight and the first time I contacted the front desk they were on a 30 minute lunch and then when I called at midnight Horrible customer service. This is by far the worst place to stay save your money and go somewhere else.

Location

Doubt our room was even cleaned before our arrival. Laminate floor had multiple spill stains on it. Found an empty hard liquor can in cupboard. Some type of yellow sticky spill on the counter. Dish towel had food stuck to it. Hair dryer plug in part was broken apart- so glad I brought my own. The body was was half used and the opened wrapper laying on the side of the bath tub. Breakfast was very very small prepackaged muffins that were super dry and needed a beverage to swallow plus only one choice. Oatmeal was instant packets. The website said fruit but none was there. Will not book this hotel chain again.

There was nothing to like.

The staff were rude and unprofessional the facility itself was dirty. I have children an every night there was grown adults having sex in the facilities laundry room where there are cameras yet nothing was done to stop them even after I reported it to the staff. Not to mention they had bed bugs which is highly disgusting. We had to treat the room ourselves with bed bug killer and had to wash all our clothing outside of the facility. Some of my family recieved bites which we visually presented to the facilities staff. When we addressed the problem they denied having them lied straight to our faces when we had a showed them physically what the beds had done. We have a doctors review from getting check that confirmed it was as intact bed bug as well as pictures to prove what I’m saying to be true if need to present we have no problem doing so!

Aweful, will not recommend or come back.

No breakfast room, just a cart in the lobby. It was gone 10 minutes after the deadline. I got no coffee. No dishes, pots/pans, utensils. No shampoo or soap.

Staff was on a break and we could not check in until 8:30 pm Pull out couch was just a metal box spring, no pillows. My son slept on the floor in his clothes. Smoke alarm early in the am, everyone evacuated. It was raining and dark outside. No staff to be found, nobody knew what was happening. Many people were confused and I was very unsettled.

You walk into the entrance and people are smoking right out front so you get to breathe everyone's smoke, people going down the hall carrying on at all hours. Mold in bathroom. Just a nasty group of guests. Will NOT be back.
