Room was neat and liked the staff helping us on all our requests.
I there was no coffee maker in the room, had to ask the front desk for soaps, spoons, coffee mugs. Breakfast options could have been better as breakfast facility was one of the option which i booked this hotel.

The staff was very helpful despite problems with your information system. It was economical for the area and in a convenient location.
Your information system placed me twice in occupied rooms before finding me a suitable room. The coffee pot was broken and therefore no coffee was available for breakfast.

Love the staff especially Christiana she helps me with my booking so well everytime and never stresses. Thank ESA Team.
What I don't like is not even about them. It is when I book a reservation to a third party it takes a long time to get to their system.

Convenient location. Lots of restaurants close by. Staff was friendly. Rooms are large.
Rooms need up dating. Check in took over 30 minutes (although staff was apologetic and friendly).
