Easy check in and pleasant staff. Breakfast as always was very good.

This was the first time after several stays that I couldn’t rate everything as excellent. There was some substance spilled in the outside of the door handle that had not been wiped off. But my biggest complaint was the bedding. It smelled strongly of some scent, whether from laundering or perhaps a room spray on the top sheet. Whatever it was I did not sleep well and woke with a stuffed head and very irritated eyes.

Good enough for one night stay

The staff was friendly and made sure we felt comfortable, esp. Anthony at the front desk, and Christina from the kitchen/cleaning staff. The place was nice and affordable. The breakfast buffe was a plus.

The light in the bathroom turns off on its own. I was taking a shower when this happened, so I had to get out of the shower to turn it back on. Also, the indoor pool water was too cold.

I felt the experience did not match the great reviews I read. I'm not overly demanding.

I arrived for breakfast around 8:30. Not that busy but both of the non-decaf coffee dispensers were empty and I had to wait 20mins for them to be replenished after asking. Staff kept saying "see this is being made fresh for you" although others were also waiting. It seemed like I was being done a favor just for getting some morning coffee made during prime time. It seemed a bit off to me. Among other things, I went to the fitness center to wait and kill some time waiting for coffee and tried to turn on the TV but there was no remote. Somehow I wasn't surprised, maybe it was just a bad day with substitute staff because experience didn't match the reviews - sorry.

Little things weren't up to reasonable expectations.

Nice Hotel that more than met our needs.

The location was great. In a quiet area but close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The room was spacious, clean, and updated. Full kitchen with large fridge. Plenty of parking and at no additional cost. Will stay there again when in town.

Kitchen soap dispenser needed filling and the grab bar in the bathroom was coming loose from the wall (not noticeable unless you grabbed it) so don't think they were aware. Apologized when told and offered us a refund on the room.

Very nice quiet hotel with good kitchen amenities in the room. I would stay here again.

The breakfast is always good, and it was included in my fee. The scones are my favorite! The hotel is very clean, quiet and peaceful. I like that the kitchenette has a full sized refrig, dishwasher, microwave, and is furnished with basic necessities. It's in a safe neighborhood - we walked up the street into a nice residential area. The front desk, kitchen, and cleaning staff are all friendly and helpful. I have stayed here once before, and would stay here again.

The heater/air conditioner unit started screaming one night at 2:30am. I had to unplug it and go without a/c for the rest of the night. We couldn't change rooms, but the maintenance person fixed it the next day. The shower did not work properly - most of the water escaped through the spout, and the spout was ill-fitted coming out of the wall.

The location, staff and facility were excellent. It served our needs well. Parking was easy. Breakfast had a good variety.

Our room should have been further away from the main street. Better insulation on the walls and windows would also reduce the noise of the traffic next to the building.

Breakfast was decent - would have liked to have seen individual yogurts. Staff at The front desk were great always accommodating to our needs.

If a room was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and had a king sized bed and hud a bed - towels to accommodate all guests and bedding for the hide a bed should be in all rooms.

despite the fact that the room was booked for a family of three, the third bed was not shot and there was no linen set. we had to go, ask for linen and make the bed ourselves, it is not clear why. and second - the air conditioner motor in the bedroom is unbearably loud. it shouldn't be like that, how can the motor be so loud?

I felt like I was on a Luxury vacation!

Rooms felt luxurious, wonderful full breakfast with eggs, and breakfast meats and yogurt bar plus usual hotel waffles maker , cearel etc. Coffee 24hrs a day in lobby. Location was close to our Daughter's apartment so it worked for us. No restuarants or shopping within walking distance but not far away by driving. Lobby and breakfast area large and very nice and also tables and chairs on outside deck for breakfast dinning or hanging out too!

The air conditioner was noisy, like something was out of balance and in need of attention. Breakfast was pretty good, but there was no way way to split the bagels. The flatware and dishes in the room were a bit lacking.

what I liked about the stay at the hotel was the location as it was very convenient, very quite neighborhood, the hot breakfast was awesome and very child friendly

what I did not like was the separation of rooms as our children were at the other end of the floor , the garbage from all rooms on the 4th floor were left the entire 4th floor stinking of trash , even after where we could dump our garbage we were to take it back to our room
