Perfect location for our stay

I’ve stayed here a couple times now. Each stay the front desk staff is helpful, kind, and courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean.

It is clean outside,landscape is beautiful. The front entrance/ front desk is decorated with care. The front desk staff are amazing!!! And so friendly, the best customer service I have received in a long time. The room is beautiful and the bed is comfortable with all the needed things like iron w/ board, safe for more valuable things, plenty of towels and extra covers in the big closet. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the kitchenette. My stay was perfect!!

The hot tub was kind of intense with jets turned on. Literally splashing water out of tub on all sides. And it looked like someone put bubbles in tub. Because to rad super full of bubbles.

Comfort of beds

First time staying at any hotel where I had to pay for parking and for breakfast. Will not be staying at any holiday inn in the future.

Both days the kitchen was "decimated" and the hot food was gone. We were apologized to over and over but the apology was irrelevant to the fact that there was not a breakfast and we paid extra to have it. I was also made aware at check-in that there is a $10 per night parking fee that was not mentioned when booking the room. Saturday night we chose to eat dinner at the "restaurant" in the hotel. Not really a restaurant, as it too was out of food (on a couple of the selections we wanted). My daughter ordered a cheeseburger with cheese and pickles only. She was brought buns and a burger patty, nothing else. When we asked for the cheese and pickles the lady said "I am sorry, I will get that fixed for you right away". She took the burger and came back a few minutes later with a thick slice of cold cheese placed on top of the burger and 2 small pickles in the middle. I could still see the sweat on the cheese from the cold food interacting with the warm room. This also made my daughters food cold because they couldn't be bothered to warm it up before bringing it back out to us. Then the lady came by and started clearing our table before we were done eating. I should have taken the tip that no one and I mean NO ONE was eating there besides us. Service was poor, food was worse (if it was available), rooms were loud (you could hear kids yelling up and down the hallway early in the morning. I would not stay here again. They charge extra for breakfast (that we didn't get to eat), they charge extra for parking (this is not a destination hotel), restaurant staff was rude and dismissive. The hide-a-bed in the room was trash! This thing was straight out of the 70's! Hard springs made it impossible for our daughter to sleep and it was placed directly in front of the AC unit. The "extra" blankets amounted to a sheet. Our daughter (9y/o) climbed in bed with us each night because the blanket couldn't keep her warm.

Hotel had what I needed

Pool loaded with teenage kids till closing so not good for a single male, skipped the pool. Key cards repeatedly quit working , had to visit the desk over 5 times.

The hot tub was extremely HOT 🔥 and then the last day of our stay it didn't work.

Unfortunately it was a bit noisy at night due to two tour busses full of pre teens being noisy after 10pm

Room was nice. Couch was showing signs of wear. Front desk staff friendly and professional.

They are basically located in the middle of nowhere and are charging $10 a night for charging. It seems like a way to increase the price by $10.

My friend and I booked the same hotel at the same time. When I arrived I was charged a total of 189$ which I thought was the stay and deposit. My friend wasn’t charged. The next morning the front office called me at 8 am- mind you I have 3 kids one being a 10 month old. That call woke us all up. The lady said there was an issue with my card and when I looked at my bank they tried charging me 5 different times from 630-930 am 150$. I went down to the office and they said this was an “accommodation fee” so we ended up paying 300$ for a one night stay. She said the 189$ would return to my bank in 10 business days. None of this happened with my friend. She was only charged the 150$ after checking out. We were both treated so differently and honestly it was very disrespectful. I tried resolving this with the front office but was undermined multiple times and “this is just how we do things” but my friend received totally different service. So don’t go here if you don’t plan of spending $300 plus on a one night stay. Because I’ve yet to receive the remaining 189$ and that was supposed to be used for our trip at the zoo for our kids

Sean was extremely considerate and helpful. The next morning we had breakfast and it wasn't that good. Everything else was great but we won't be eating breakfast there again. Too much CNN on. My God, 5 different TV's on and each was a news channel.

Breakfast area was not well stocked we had to keep asking for things. Attendant seem annoyed Hotel was busy with vollleyball baseball and basket ball teams so you would think that they would have been prepared . Coffee kept running out … bacon , yogurt , muffins. Just a few things we had to ask for and silverware!

We were told our free breakfast would not be free for the kids only for the two adults. The staff was mocking and rude about the breakfast situation.

We liked the location of the hotel. And the man at the front desk at check-in was nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt very worn out with big dips on each side and a lump in the middle. And I'm not sure who thought a transparent sliding barn door was a good choice for a bathroom, but they were definitely wrong. The morning staff were very rude, so we left without the breakfast that we had paid extra for.

The fact that your company charges $10:00 per each customer car in the parking lot is unacceptable!! Is this unit running some kind of Scam!!!!! I will never go to this location again.

Staff was nice. Room overall was nice. Hotel seemed clean. There was a pool and a big workout room which seemed neat but we didn’t use. Lots of parking and close to lots of food. Location seem like a good spot.

$32 for what looked like a continental breakfast was just nuts. The doors let every noise under the sun in - people talking, doors opening and shutting. The AC unit sounded like a truck. The blanket wasn’t comfy or warm. And apparently there was a $10/day parking charge for a completely empty lot.

The location was good with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking was adequate. Although we did not try them there was a restaurant and bar onsite which is always a plus. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The lobby was large and comfortable.

Food from the previous guest was still in the mini fridge . Long black hairs clinging to the shower walls. When checking in the front desk clerk was short with me when I quizzed him about charges on my bill and requested clarification . Not pleasant at all, he did not explain pool hours or give us directions to the elevator. When we checked out a different desk person didn't bother to ask how our stay was it invite us to return also neither one of them explained the rewards program. The beds had depressions in them that happen in older memory foam. Overall not a great experience. We have come to expect better from Holiday Inn.

The room had a weird smell when we first entered and the pillows also had an odor
