The last time I stayed here they offered valet parking, which I was happy to pay for. I was definitely not happy to have to find street parking, especially when I returned at night by myself, and had to park and then walk several blocks to get back to the safety of the hotel. Until and unless safe parking options are offered I will not be staying there again, and cannot recommend it.

Hotel is very comfortable, clean, but I got zero sleep because my room was directly over a city train with a gate that dinged ALL NIGHT LONG. I wouldn’t stay in that location again. Other rooms further away from the MAX might be better. The other amenities were great and staff was very friendly.

Room was large and spacious. The area had great restaurants and options within walking distance. The lady who checked us in was awesome, I wish I got her name to say thank you. You could hear some footsteps from above but that doesn’t bother me at all and I didn’t hear any noise from next door units or outside so that was great. My only complaint was we chose this location to use their ev chargers. You have to pay $35 for parking, which is fine, but when we left at 10 PM to run an errand and came back the parking lot was full and all the ev spots were taken with non ev vehicles. If you’re going to charge $35 for parking, at least have enough spots available/ cap parking to people who have already paid so if you leave for minute you still have parking when you come back.

Never stayed at a Hyatt before. I came here for a medical visit and you guys did an amazing job of making us feel welcome and making it comfy as possible. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Clean, comfortable, breakfast was ok. Only has street parking unless you want to pay $35/night at the hotel (which didn’t even have any spots available) or $15/night at the parking garage across the street. Also, beware that there are train tracks (MAX transit?) that run right right behind the hotel and the crossing bells are constantly going off most of the night along with the sound of the train going by. Not much rest to be had.

The only issues we had were A) We were not aware it cost $35 above the room cost to park our car and B) It was not possible to use the Chromecast feature on the room TV by following the published instructions, although tech support was able to resolve the issue in about 25 minutes. Other than that, very nice hotel!

The room I was assigned was very comfortable. It was clean and restful. The bed was great. The surrounding area of the property was not conducive to walking around. I enjoy taking walks when I am on vacation That was not possible at this venue. The breakfast buffet was great. It's too bad they don't have any food or beverage service on Sunday evenings. The property is well taken care of. The location of the hotel is not convenient to sites and experiences available in Portland. Staff is very friendly and attentive.
