Mediocre

Room was comfortable and we had a quiet stay

The person that checked us in didn't seem to know her job very well and had to stop and ask several questions. If she was new, she did not specify as I would have understood and proceed to charge us separately for our rooms. Which was booked together. Also, my mother asked for coffee and was told they didn't have any, which I found in the lobby a short time later. Bever was greeted when entering. The staff seem to be very involved in their own conversations.

This is the place to stay!

Great location! I grew up here, and this area is crucial to head in any direction on the west side. Or have options to go east and avoid hwy traffic. I really liked the food options and the bar. Felt quiet and private here. The king bed is comfy and the water gets really hot fast. The staff here were awesome, from bar, kitchen, front desk, to house keeping. So helpful, pleasant, and personable. Good coffee in the morning. Stayed here for about a week, in two different rooms. King room, then the king suite with living room. Both awesome options.

The climate control is funky. The thermostat was buggy and sometimes didn't kick on hot or cold.. It seemed delayed. Had to turn off/on a few times. This was consistent in both rooms.

Worth the money

Spacious room with a nice layout. Lobby was really nice.

As a couple who doesn't get away without the child very often, having a bed that doesn't squeak/bang/or thunk against the wall is important. We don't do anything crazy or ridiculous but feeling like every room around me can hear the bed making noise is a big downer for me. The bed was not the most loud, but it wasn't quiet either.

Over all it was good, great location for what I needed. Gas station was close and good restaurants lose by.

Everything was great except the foot rest that went with the lounge chair. I sat on it to remove my shoes and almost fell on the floor. It was missing a wheel. I informed the front desk when I checked out. Someone could get hurt if they did not catch themselves like I did.

Very Comfortable and Lots of Parking

I arrived very late in the evening without a reservation. I made the reservation online outside, walked in and was in my room in minutes. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’d ever slept in! They also had ample open free parking available for my pickup and 24 ft trailer to maneuver and park, which was critical.

Disappointed and wont go back

Location

Charging a pet fee of 75 dollars when there was no written info charging that high a fee. The front desk person was not friendly. We finally came to a 50 dollar fee because I was ready to bolt. 216 dollars for a fee you said would be 159.

Unlikely to return

The location was convenient and quiet. Nice sized rooms with clean and comfortable furnishings. It had a nice area for walking my dog and I appreciate being far enough off the main road to not be bothered by traffic sounds.

I was there for just one night. I placed my dog's food bowl on the linoleum near the bathroom. My dog is a grazer and doesn't wolf it down, she nibbles, within a couple of hours we had an ant invasion and I had to throw her food away. We were on the second floor. I was shocked that your normal pet fee is $75, that is outrageous! $25 is good, $35 is still reasonable, $50 is expensive but expected at some hotels, $75 is unfair. The mattress was not comfortable, I woke up stiff and with kinks.

The carpet was extremely worn n torn n frayed 12x 12 strip The tacking strips had exposed nails pointed upwards. I stepped on the nails twice barefoot. I did report it, maintenance came to see.

Promises, promises

Comfortable room, comfortable bed

1) awoken by repeated fire alarm that wasn’t explained 2) my sink stopper was stuck closed. I asked to have fixed, but it was only opened without fixing the underlying problem so it immediately got stuck closed again 3) the green light on the smoke detector high up on the walled glowed so brightly at night that I had to make a huge pile of pillows to block it out 4) the curtains in my colleague’s room wouldn’t open 5) at check-in we were told we could get stuff for our room at the desk, or request room servicing by the morning wanted. After 3 nights, I wanted the room serviced and asked in person at the front desk the night before. It did not get done. After returning to the hotel that evening I had to go back down to the desk, from which the clerk was missing, and wait in line behind 4 people who were checking in, to get fresh supplies for the room.

The bed was very uncomfortable, stiff and firm. I prefer plush, soft mattresses. The manager said she would look into a foam top or something to make the bed more soft but I never heard back from Aneisha. Also the wifi wasn't working when I tried connecting.
