The breakfast was excellent & the room spacious.

No music available nor could we find it on tv's options. The toilet plugged and management gave us a plunger instead of having someone do the work.

Hotel was very clean. We expected a continental breakfast of pastries and drinks. It surpassed that. There was biscuits and gravy, make you own fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh pastries, cereal, yogurt and it tasted delicious! The coffee was good too.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. For what we paid for our stay it was worth it.

Awful. Plus very rude staff.

We were given a the first room downstairs at the beginning off the hall of rooms. We had asked for a quiet room. We heard people walking above us and waking down the hall to their rooms. The bathtub plug did not close the drain. Took it to the staff member that checked us in. His response was they all work in all the rooms. I plugged the drain with towels although I had to keep the water running and it only filled 1/4th full. We complained in the morning to the staff member at desk. His cold response was I'm sorry. I wrote to corporate when we returned home. Found out Quality Inn is a choice hotel and Main owner is in India. Wrote a complaint never heard anything. Will never stay in a Quality Inn again. It was horrible.

Staff was wonderful. Good breakfast. Room was spacious. Easy access to where we needed to go.

Kitchen could have been better equipped. I asked for dish soap and was given some. Kitchenette should already have soap and paper towels. Made it work. Huge room with a tiny bed. I was hoping for a king bed but only offered queen and I doubt we even got that. It was a small double bed

The door to the apartment did not fit and there was no crockery

The room was acceptable, we had been allocated a disabled room so there was a lot of empty floor space. We had asked for a room with a kitchenette which was provided. We used the hot tub which was welcome. The pool water was too cold for swimming. The breakfast was adequate

Although we had a kitchenette we had no crockery or cutlery. What is the point? Are guests really supposed to haul their crockery service and cutlery canteen across the country? Reception grudgingly provided paper plates and plastic forks. The door to the apartment simply did not fit. There was a gap round the entire jamb between door and frame/ Had the door been replaced with an incorrectly sized door at some time? The consequence was that light and noise from outside flooded into the room. It seemed that guests arriving in the middle of the night were walking in the room itself, so ineffective was the noise insulation

the room was spacious

the surrounding area did not feel safe. outdoor bar/patio directly adjacent to the parking lot. tents along the sidewalk as i pulled in to the parking area. tried to save a few bucks and stop along the way instead of paying 1 extra night in portland hotel. next time I will pay the extra money.

It was a wonderful, although too short stay, and we would stay there again. My sister lives nearby and recommended it.

The room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I had accidentally booked the room for a Monday, but arrived on Sunday and the clerk at the counter was extremely nice and helpful about it. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety of choices.

If there was anything to complain about, it would be that the A/C took a while to cool the room off. It was also an unseasonably hot day for the area, so we found it understandable.

The hotel was honestly disgusting. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before booking. We were just in town for a quick funeral, but after looking at comparable prices in the area, we could’ve stayed at a much nicer hotel.

The walls had so much debris and food on them. The smell was horrible. Our room, especially smelled like cigarette smoke and throw up that was covered up by cleaner. I had little kids with me and the smell was so bad they were up all night coughing

Accommodations met the immediate needs we had.

We didn’t eat breakfast at the facility. It was close to the freeway making it easy to rest and then get back on the road quickly.

A wet rag has more personality then the night attendant who checked us in. Once we got to the first room, we went into the bathroom and upon seeing the toilet thought it had to be a joke. Everyone of us is 5’9” tall or taller and the toilet was no higher than the potty chair I used to train my nephew. If you made it down to sit on it getting up was near impossible.

This place sucks, located in a sketchy part of town. The view from the room overlooks the back of a tire shop full of garbage. They charged an additional date to my card that I didn't authorize and would not remove the charge.

Good price. Spacious room. Good location. Close to Fred Meyer. Nice area for dogs. The kitchen has just enough utensils to do some cooking.

Sign going into the parking lot of the inn needs an arrow to indicate where to turn. Because there is another driveway side by side, one can turn into the wrong driveway. My room is right above the reception area. Throughout the night, there were banging and some noise from downstairs. I had to put on ear plugs to sleep. There was nothing for you to clean the utensils. Bring your own or leave them.

Very clean room and hallways. Front desk person very nice. Breakfast was good, two types of make-it-yourself waffles. At least 4 kinds of juice to choose from. Quiet location despite being on a main road. Close to food, gas, groceries

Entrance/driveway is kind of hard to see. I think a small auto dealer is right next door. On the other side I think is a restaurant. The hotel sign is tall, and very visible, but not the driveway.
