Clean and decent room for the price.

Everything appeared clean and in decent shape. A reasonably affordable place to stay in a convenient location. Noise was somewhat to be expected for a motel with outside breezeways rather than inside corridors, but it helped that I had a room on the side facing away from the freeway.

The room featured a sideboard with the TV that could also have functioned as a desk, plus a table between the bed and the window, but no chairs. There was nowhere to sit other than on the bed.

It was convenient for the venue that I needed to get to, the staff was friendly and it was inexpensive compared to other local hotels.

The bathroom could use some attention, there was some urine down the wall that looked particularly old.

Nothing. Woken up early in the morning because a guy was yelling and pounding on the walls. I called and complained. Cops came and removed him. Another person was smoking pot outside my room. I have been there for three weeks and I have noticed bumps on my lower legs. Very itchy. I looked Online and I believe they are bed bugs or fleas. Brought this to the attention of the Staff. No one did anything to fix the situation. I wanted to be refunded back but the Manager refused. Then she kept telling me that it was probably a MOSQUITO (laughable!!!) that but me. I could no longer reason with such an idiot who cares nothing about the welfare of their guests and only to not address situations when they arise and just sweep it under the rug and BLAME THE GUEST. I have an appointment to see a physician tomorrow and he/she will make the determination and then I will move forward. No one here is to blame. Shit happens but how it is dealt with is the point. She got mad at me for standing up for myself……she had the audacity to call the police and have me removed!!! I am in the process of talking with Corporate and the BBB. The community needs to know what kind of establishment they have and may visit in the future. Also, the Manager asked me if pictures were taken of my legs. Yes. Two people of the Staff and I have taken pictures. They are clearly insect bites. How hard is it to put the Guest first and take care of the situation? But they kept covering up and getting mad at me when I was the one who has been bit and then treated like I did something wrong when all I did was stand up for myself. The police officers did nothing! Their attitude was quite alarming and not helpful. I was not trespassing…..I paid what was owed until my check-out date. They saw my bites on my legs and could have cared less. They should have addressed this with the Officer and stopped them from harassing me. Of course not….cops are worthless.

The young man at the front desk was very very kind. He was the only staff on site, even though the Ridgefield concert was sold out. I had enough problems that I needed to leave, but while he was so busy with everyone (I wasn't the only one with troubles), he stayed calm and kind.

First I went into my room, 220 and it stunk so bad of cat pee, I just couldn't believe it. I asked to move rooms but because the concert nearby was sold out, so was the motel. I was sent back to my room with air spray. I eventually found one spot of pee on the floor and sprayed it with the air spray and wiped it up with toilet paper. About an hour into our stay, after I showered, I blew my nose and flushed the toilet with the little bit of toilet paper I used. ... The toilet overflowed. I called the desk and was told I could come get a plunger, I also asked for tags and extra shower towels, as I had used ours to soak up the toilet water. We turned the water off and I went for the "supplies" (no, we don't work there but I am a house keeper and have cleaned vacation homes... I understand the cleaners don't have a ton of time (but actual cat pee on the floor?)) when I went to get the items, another room called: their toilet had also overflowed.... They weren't willing to do it themselves so were going to wait for the man at the desk to finish with getting people checked in. After 40 minutes of myself and boyfriend trying to plunge, I decided I wouldn't be able to stay. The man at the desk was very apologetic and offered to try to unclog the toilet, but it wasn't even draining at this point and there was no way I was going to come back to a motel I paid for and not be able to use the toilet. Oof. It was a lot. I'm expecting a refund in the next couple of days, but I'm all of my life,I've never experienced this yucky of a motel. Even the walls were gross. I love staying in motels, but this was terrible and I'm SO HAPPY we were only 45 minutes from home and were able to make it home safely instead of driving from further away and feeling stuck in this yucky yucky place. Again. The guy at the desk was great. The room was horrible.

If you want sketchy stay here

Close to restaurants & shopping, the AC unit was effective

Badly lit parking lot with sketchy vehicles & a broken down rv. The cops showed up, 6 cop cars & at least 1 officer had an automatic rifle. Paint was peeling off the walls & baseboards were detached from paint in the bathroom. The 2 hotels directly behind this one were brightly lit and welcoming which made this location feel even more sketchy & scary. The sticker next to the lock directing you how to use it "for your safety" made me more uncomfortable.

Absolutely DISGUSTING

This is the absolute worst motel I have ever encountered. Filthy, disgusting. Could not even stay the night. Holes in blankets, mold on walls, dirt grime and streaks on the walls. The staff didn’t even bother to clean the mirror which was coated in lord knows what! Motel 6 will NEVER get my business again.

Staff could not be found to check out because I could not stay the night due to conditions. Ended up leaving key card in room and leaving.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and affordable for business travel.

Accommodating and friendly staff, room was as clean as expected, bed was comfortable. The location was near several highly rated restaurants, coffee shops and a shopping center. Though a block from the highway there was no discernable traffic noise.

Had a small cluster of flies buzzing around the room but they didn't pay any attention to me or my belongings. There was the obligatory few homeless lodging across the parking lot, though well-lit it made me concerned for my vehicle's contents. I noted on the way to my room, several alcoholic beverage bottles on the railings, cigarette butts and a trash can was overflowing with rubbish.

No clean towels were avalable from cleaning staff. I had to walk all the way to the office. I'm 70 years old and there was snow on the ground.The room did not have 3 complete sets of towels to start with. I travel with my older sister who dementia and some times needs to be cleaned after meals and such. Very Very inconvenent
