Housekeeping does well with what they have to work with - bed, bath looked clean.

Walls were disgusting - focus wall was orange with chips out of it and FILTHY - possibly at one time someone cleaned or it was condensation - but streaks running down through the dirt. All other wall surfaces and doors were the same - filthy. The room had a desk and a table, which I asked if I could have a chair and I was told that they don't have any????

Smells bad and very run down. Not a place for family’s but ok for a place to lay your head if you need one asap.

Smelled bad,flooring ripped apart,some mold behind wall paper in bathroom,bad drug area and lots of drugs around and lots of TWEAKERS stay here!

The staff was very friendly and helpful

I couldn’t stay due to the presence of bed bugs, and the run down condition of the room.

Everything appeared clean and in decent shape. A reasonably affordable place to stay in a convenient location. Noise was somewhat to be expected for a motel with outside breezeways rather than inside corridors, but it helped that I had a room on the side facing away from the freeway.

The room featured a sideboard with the TV that could also have functioned as a desk, plus a table between the bed and the window, but no chairs. There was nowhere to sit other than on the bed.

It was convenient for the venue that I needed to get to, the staff was friendly and it was inexpensive compared to other local hotels.

The bathroom could use some attention, there was some urine down the wall that looked particularly old.

Nothing. Woken up early in the morning because a guy was yelling and pounding on the walls. I called and complained. Cops came and removed him. Another person was smoking pot outside my room. I have been there for three weeks and I have noticed bumps on my lower legs. Very itchy. I looked Online and I believe they are bed bugs or fleas. Brought this to the attention of the Staff. No one did anything to fix the situation. I wanted to be refunded back but the Manager refused. Then she kept telling me that it was probably a MOSQUITO (laughable!!!) that but me. I could no longer reason with such an idiot who cares nothing about the welfare of their guests and only to not address situations when they arise and just sweep it under the rug and BLAME THE GUEST. I have an appointment to see a physician tomorrow and he/she will make the determination and then I will move forward. No one here is to blame. Shit happens but how it is dealt with is the point. She got mad at me for standing up for myself……she had the audacity to call the police and have me removed!!! I am in the process of talking with Corporate and the BBB. The community needs to know what kind of establishment they have and may visit in the future. Also, the Manager asked me if pictures were taken of my legs. Yes. Two people of the Staff and I have taken pictures. They are clearly insect bites. How hard is it to put the Guest first and take care of the situation? But they kept covering up and getting mad at me when I was the one who has been bit and then treated like I did something wrong when all I did was stand up for myself. The police officers did nothing! Their attitude was quite alarming and not helpful. I was not trespassing…..I paid what was owed until my check-out date. They saw my bites on my legs and could have cared less. They should have addressed this with the Officer and stopped them from harassing me. Of course not….cops are worthless.
