Well located property. Room was very clean and i liked the nice hard surface floors.

Air conditioner worked well, room located on shaded side of the building, the last two nights were quiet. Staff and renters were friendly and helpful.

I had to have the office person, a female, come down in person and get the TV to work. There were brown stains from steamy water on bathtub and down the bathroom door. The door stains were more yellow than brown bathtub stains. A new light had been installed above the mirror and sink. Being smaller than the previous fixture, a very dark paint was under the white painted walls that should have been painted the same white color. Domestic confrontation the first evening in the room above me involving the police, I hid a girl coming down the stairs fleeing, I gave a statement to Police. They left by midnight. Bikers, with very loud bikes, were in parking lot and left at 2 AM, waking me a second time.
