Don't waste your money.

Charged for my dog also the room stunk like cigarettes there are cigarette burns on the bath and a blanket, my 8 year old cut touched this mirror and could've been cut... there is plenty more but I'm wasting too much energy.

Made a late reservation. Arrived at the property to check in and NOBODY answered the “after hours” bell. Nobody answered the phone, nobody came to ever check us in. Was charged for the room even though we stayed 30 minutes and nobody answered the bell!

It is really old, the room was smelly- after just 1 night all my stuff smelled ugly. Very loud (cars, neighbors) way too expensive for what was offered

Room was clean, can’t complain about it. No noise complaints.

I arrived at about 1:00 am which I had warned the hotel I was going to do, but when I had arrived the front door was locked. The front door being locked wasn’t a problem, however when I rang the doorbell nobody came, I rang a few more times and nothing, I got tired of waiting in the cold do I had to call the location to come let me in. On top of my $100 deposit, I had to pay $100 for the room, even though I had already paid for the room using booking.com, wether that’s an issue with booking.com or the hotel is out of my knowledge, but it has heavily inconvenienced me. The hotel had told me the payment from booking.com never went through even though the money had been taken from my account.

Nothing. Horrible Service, the representative that is there as night shift treated us poorly. We didn't understand a word that he was saying and he kept on saying that he was going to charge my card. I reported this to my bank. And this will be the first and last time that I book with

the booking said a credit card was needed for a $100 deposit but they would only accept cash so I had to go find an atm late at night. super inconvenient and it’s not a really great area, a lot of homeless. there was also no parking.

We didn’t like that we had to go get 100 dollars cash for a security deposit we weren’t warned about when we booked. We got it back in the morning but I saw no purpose for the 100, they didn’t even check the room or anything. The mattered had a giant hole in it. They have us 1 big towel for 2 people. Will not be returning here on our next trip to Vancouver

Tiny room, everything seemed cramped. Outdated decor. Graffiti, trash, old mattress and fridge sitting in the grass outside the parking lot.
