My room did not have a chair and they didn't tell me that when I checked in I asked for chair and it was 4 hours before they got me a chair. I asked not to be in a room next to a dog they put me in a room next to a dog. That piece that place is a piece of crap

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I had to change rooms after I found 5 nice in the mattress cover of my bed which I discovered as they crawled under me and against me, with the sheets between us. I should have been given that night free. I had 5 different rooms in 3 days, all the A/C units in each room at mice living in them, you can see them watching you.

I paid for a room and left within the hour because the room was absolutely disgusting. Holes in curtains, walls were covered in gunk and dirt floors were nasty, it made my skin crawl there was no way I was sleeping in there
