I requested a ADA room but none were available. I did get a room on the first floor which was appreciated.

Front desk associate was helpful and friendly at check in

No toilet paper in the bathroom, bed was horribly uncomfortable, pillows were flat, only one light blanket. One hour before checkout, the associate [who checked us in the night before] knocked on our door to ask if we were staying an additional night. Then at 11:02 (two minutes after checkout) as we were walking to the door, he knocked on our door again. It was kind of creepy.

The only thing that was good about it, was how close it was to the freeway and other stores.

There were people that live there with their kids and they were running around every where and making noise. Also, the bed was not comfortable and we only got 2 flat pillows. There is no front desk after a certain time.

Nothing.

It turns out people actually live there and they are not quality people. It was loud all night, people screaming and banging. Babies crying. People smoking outside all doors (and smoking inside); you could see smoke floating through the hallways there were so many people smoking. It was not a nice environment. My blinds were broken and I had to cover it with a blanket so that the people doing drugs outside couldn't look in and watch me inside.

The property location was good and it was overall a clean area of town

The whole place smelled like pipe tobacco and the counter closed at 10 with no instruction of how to check in after that hour outside the locked door . There was a man who was running the place who was quick to be angry with me about questioning why everything was locked down. The staff was obviously upset to be doing their jobs even though I called and let them know I would be after 10. They never said anything about shutting down before then. The floor in our room has a red food platter near the bed and some blue feathers on the ground that tells me they didn’t clean very well at all.

Clean. Staff super friendly. Hotel guests super friendly.

The room was clean spacious and exceeded my expectations. I love this hotel and will stay again!

Very clean and well cared for. Location is very easy to drive to. Very nice room with a huge bathroom.

No hand towels and the water pressure still sucked in the shower. Same as last time I was there a year ago.

It was extremely noisy. We got checked out of the room, even though we were booked till Monday morning. We were also given a single bedroom and when they asked for double.

My arrival time for the reservation at 9:30pm confirmed the time was fine and didn't mention anything about the office being closed. What hotel classes the office when people are coming off the road late to get a room. No response from the hotel to refund the room cost.

The room was clean.it had a mini stove top, microwave and a fridge. Very functual. Front desk staff were very nice. It is pet friendly.

Location was close to where the event I was attending was being held.

There was no Kleenex in the room. There was no hand towels to dry your hands on there was only two wash rags and two bath towels only two pillows on the bed. They were very flat. I was on the ground floor and they had my window open and did not tell me I did not feel very secure. I discovered that when I came back from one of the events I attended on Friday evening. and when I went to check out, there was nobody at the front desk. That was about 730 Saturday morning.

No Breakfast. Room was great.

No cups for the coffee. Dogs barking through out the night and very noisy with banging doors, stomping and shouting people, we checked out 3 days early. You have to sign an extra form when you sign in that no money is refundable. We were told that we should have complained about the noise, and the problem would be addressed, but I'm sure that this always a problem - otherwise there would be no need for the non refundable paperwork. Used needles in the parking lot. A lot of permanent residents.

Front desk lady was very nice

Everything. The only positive thing I have to say is that the front desk lady who checked me In was very nice and friendly. Other than that, upon my arrival with my 1 year old there was a bunch of obvious drug users just hanging around the parking lot smoking. Check in was smooth and fine other than the printer not working. front desk was nice, elevator sketchy and doesn’t stop even with the floor. As soon as I opened the door to our room (309) I was hit with the smell of POOP. The whole room and bathroom smelled of it. I traced the smell to the bathroom Garbage can so might want to get that replaced. Bed was very uncomfortable and not attached to the headboard so everytime you roll over during the night it just moved the mattress farther and farther away from the wall. Pillows were full of AIR. The second you lay your head on them… flat and they only give you 2. Spent a good 25+ minutes flipping through channels trying to find something because there’s no TV guide in the room and guide button doesn’t work on remote. Wanted to take a bath with my daughter and was HIGHLY disappointed in how gross and UNCLEAN the bathtub looked that we just skipped bath time which with no pool, we were looking forward to. Stomping and slamming doors all night, And then to top it all off housekeeping comes knocking at my door at 9:30 asking when I’m leaving??? Uhm at 11 when it’s checkout, thanks. Was very unhappy and will not recommend this place to anyone I know and will not be staying here again. As a mom traveling alone with her 1 year old, this place DID NOT make me feel safe.

Nothing. It was disgusting.

There’s people living at the hotel. Dogs everywhere and barking at all hours. The entire place smells. The first room I had smelled so bad of cat urine I about threw up when walking into the hotel room. The bathroom smelled like cat poop and urine. I requested a new room and when I got into the new room, it didn’t smell but was extremely dirty. Crumbs of food on the shelving. No counter tops or tables cleaned. The drawers had hair inside. The floor hadn’t been cleaned. The bedside table had something gross smeared all over. The tv remote looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, sticky and visibly dirty. The only clean thing in there was the bed and shower. There’s no staff there overnight. When you check in, you have to sign a form stating no money back. Which if I could have had my money back I would have left and stayed somewhere else. It was like staying in a homeless shelter to be honest. Absolutely disgusting. If you want a cheap place to stay and don’t mind filth, this place is for you.

My first nite there was a cockroach in my the floors where not mopped or swept the coffee machine never worked the front desk was closed the entire time there was people going in and out all night drinking in the parking lot doing all drugs in the parking lot the TV was not receiving signal the whole time so can't watch TV or nothing vending machine sucks both items I tried to buy I had to buy 2 of each because the first one got stuck the gym is a joke and my bed had all kinds of dirt or something in it I honestly didn't want to stay there but because you can't get a refund even when there is cockroaches in your room worst place I ever stayed in my life and I stayed at the value motel even and never saw a cockroach or saw people getting high outside can't believe that you guys have the nerve to charge me 247 dollars for 2 nite stay when you have cockroaches to the point they come out in the light and day time and when I checked out and politely told the girl at the front desk about it she said call on Monday and talk to someone else about it have a nice day like wow you could apologize at least or take my info and have your manager get in touch with me

Room was clean, large, comfortable. Kitchen was great.

Hallway was quite dirty.

The price was good. Easy to get to and from the facility. Modern amenities. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet during the night.

The bed was not very comfortable. The room does not have curtains, just blinds. It was hard to get to sleep due to the outside light coming through the blinds. Noticed the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.

Arrived to be told the hotel was over booked and they had no rooms. It was 11:00 PM and I had a 7:00 AM game to coach. Needed to look for a different place to stay at the last minute, and close to midnight. The hotel actually called me at 5:00 on the day of my stay to confirm I would show up that evening, and I verbally confirmed I would be at the hotel at 11:00PM. I was not able to stay at the hotel on the second night of my stay either since they were overbooked, and once again needed to find a different place to stay. It Sucked!

The property is a great value, is located near the freeway for easy access to Vancouver and Portland and is across the street from a Walmart and several dining options.

The room was not serviced during my 3-night stay. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and by the end of my stay, did not drain at all. The tub didn’t drain the last day either.

Clean. Great location. Guest laundry.
