Not much positive due to overwhelming negative introduction of the elevator being out.
The messaging was misleading and did not provide adequate details. Stating some furniture was going to be out or some building supplies was one thing but arriving with my physically disabled partner to a non working elevator then told all bottom floors have been booked was not acceptable.. i asked clearly what would be ok for the inconvenience and was offered “ free breakfast “ this does nothing to make up for the pain my partner was dealing with trying to make it up the flights of stairs.

The hotel is in a good location for food, stores, near the freeway and close to Oregon.
All fine

Its location to airport and friends house.
The construction with no elevator service but it was tolerable. Although offering a bottle of water to make up for putting up with walking the 3 flights of stairs with our luggage and every time we left or came back was a little insulting!

They decided to re-remodel the entire hotel at one time and it is in total disarray. Furniture is missing from the room. Some areas have been painted others not. The elevator is not working and my son-in-law just had knee surgery. There was no warning of that! This hotel should not be renting rooms!!
The only good things about the property at this time is the pool is open. The towels are fluffy and there’s one older gentleman that made the stay worth being here!

The people who worked there were apologetic and nice.
It was an actual safety violation- rooms were dirty and covered in drywall dust, screws and debris all over the hallway-including in front of our room door. An open room a few doors down with black mold growing all over. Improper to nonexistent ventilation. Beyond shocking they thought this was acceptable for a family with a small child.

Entire experience was horrible

Location was good. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The room was by the side door and people came and went at all hours. I understand there is a remodel going on and the room really needs it. No free breakfast.

Our couch and ottoman were very torn and ratty. Staff said they were getting new once the construction is done.

Almost everything, furniture was worn and torn, tv and appliances were outdated

Walked into the room and froze, the AC was set @ 55, it was so cold that we needed to turn the heat up, then it went up to 78 degrees. My husband waited until it dropped to 70 and then turned the whole thing off. Needless to say, he really did not sleep.
The other item I was not thrilled with was when we checked in the front desk person shared too much. Out of politeness we asked how he was and he gave too much information. It was 930 at night and we were tired from the day, the last thing I want to do is spend 5 minutes at the desk, I want to check in and get to my room and call it a day.
I also found out after we booked that the hotel was going through a renovation, this was not disruptive but the furniture in the room was in disrepair, not really inviting and there was a burned out bulb in the lamp on the desk. I don't know that I would stay here again and I have stayed at this location on several occasions previously.

It was close to a meeting we were traveling for
The bathroom was disgusting not clean at all, the couch and footstools were all torn up, a dog had gone to the bathroom in the stairwell, I was charged twice for the lousy breakfast. Motel 6 is better than this place. The photos I posted are all from the inside of our room. Not a $300 room (what I was charged)

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect. It was my first time staying at a Doubletree hotel. Lobby was clean as was the rest of the property.Front desk employees were nice and friendly. Hope they will enjoy the new upgrade of the hotel.
The furniture in room 216 was horrible. I have stayed at many Hilton properties and this had the worst furniture I’ve ever seen. I think they were trying to show the corporate people that the hotel needs an upgrade. The couch was torn and tattered.

Staff was nice. No breakfast since I had an early flight. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean
Was advertised to have shuttle to airport but pretty limited hours and had to call ahead to schedule. Ended up paying for an Uber to get to and from airport so was more than I had budgeted for my trip

The breakfast was great, though I had to stay an extra hour to be a manager to discuss why I was charged for the breakfast when breakfast was supposed to be included. My kids enjoyed the pool which is why we stayed at this
I booked a room with two queen beds, but was given a room with one king bed, which was not enough for five people at all. We did not sleep well, which made it difficult to travel the next day.

Me and my family have stayed a few times. The whole hotel is good. Rooms, staff, location, it just makes you feel comfortable while you are there.
First time on the bottom floor and internet access was bad, but may have been due to them doing renovations (that I did not notice) or the location of our room.

The restroom smelled like urine, furniture was worn out and peeling.

Cmon DT. The location is EXCELLENT!!! The lobby is cool. The rooms are cool...BUT!!!! BUT!!!!! The rooms are cool but cmon guys the sofas are peeling. It's 2023 you guys can cover the peeling part with replacement patches. Make a design with them. Get higher toilets. Reverse the doors on the bathroom. After all you guys are a Double Tree by Hilton. Spend a lil money 💰 to make things right and nice. And that lil breakfast is NOT worth $13. Add $5 to the cost of each room and offer it as FREE!!!!! Duhhhhh!!! Like I said I love the location and I've stayed there several times and I will stay again. But c'mon HILTON, step your game up a lil bit.
Fix those sofas. Get higher-taller toilets
Get real pillows.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Cookies are good.
Couch was all ripped up. Sofa bed was dirty and could not be used. I took pictures. Heater was blowing cold air. Someone came up and said to use control on wall. Still blowing cold air. I unplugged unit. Asked to be moved to another room. Was told no.

location
The website advertises an on-site restaurant. When we checked in and requested room service, we found out that there was no room service available as they were “working on a menu”. The hotel should remove ‘onsite restaurant’ from their description as this is the only reason we booked with Hilton.

the room itself looked like it was semi renovated and not put together right most especially the bathroom

Very spacious room and pet friendly.
Air inside the room unfortunately exacerbated my fiance's asthma.

A nice clean property, friendly staff and a fair location.
To start the couch and ottoman in the room were horrible worn and in obvious need of replacement. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, pillows were the flat and horrible. Ice maker across the hall that is obviously broken and squealing all night. Fridge in room that barely keeps anything cold.
