My Most Favorite Hotel in the Area.

Great selection of breakfast options with additional extras not typical in a routine breakfast provided by most hotels. The room was tastefully furnished with all you would need and I loved, loved the ultra bright bathroom and especially the lighted mirror.

That I only had one night to spend at this hotel.

Communication between Booking.com and the hotel. In all fairness, I believe the problem was with Booking.com's form, as my name was displayed backwards. Second, the hotel's inability to identify the problem, despite having the reservation number.

Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Nice layout with comfortable sofa, working desk and tv. The bed was super, we slept like kittens! Although we didn't use the kitchen so much, it was well stocked with essentials. The breakfast options were better than most and the seating area had a nice atmosphere.

We wish there were more eating establishments within walking distance.

Great hotel. Very clean and good breakfast daily. Close to the 205 highway and not too far from the waterfront.

The surrounding area is questionable. We felt safe at the hotel but we did not walk to any restaurants or stores. Always took the car.

Bad

Room was nice, seemed like a good idea before I knew they overcharge for everything, lie about prices and charge you to park in a parking lot with a tow truck coming in and out that looked like was homemade.

I asked the desk clerk if I would be charged a pet fee for my son in law walking to our room to get his son to go swimming and was told since they weren't staying I would not be. They arrived at 9:15. Went to room grabbed his son went to pool. Dog went outside with me while they went to swim. I went in and gave the dog to my husband, he went outside with the dog and smoked. Pool closed at 10 so then the father went to change, I took the dog and my grandson up to drop off my grandson and then gave the dog to his dad when he got up there. It was a $100.00 fee. I was told I wouldn't be charged but was charged. I would have been fine staying down with the dog the whole time if they had been honest. I would have just not walked him with me. I am very upset and won't return because of their attitude. When I mentioned the camo truck, random vehicles in parking lot with people and the tow truck the guy said they have security drive through but that valuables are not protected. When I told the lady on the phone when asking about additional charges as well as fee for parking she laughed at me. It was very rude

Checkin was bad because I booked through Booking.com. AC in room sounded like freight train. No ice cube trays despite kitchen refrigerator. Shower door sounded like it was breaking every time opened or closed. Breakfast sucked.

Newer, safe enough area and good breakfast. convenient to the freeway but not too close.

Front desk gentleman was one of the rudest and uncaring staff.
