Perfect spot near the OHSU hospital, and very close to the mall!

I loved having a jacuzzi tub inside our room, it was amazing! The hot tub and pool were nice, and the staff were accommodating. I have never been to Vancouver, and since I was there for a doctor's appointment, I wanted a nice, relaxing stay. Overall, this was a good place, and we had a great time.

The first lady we talked to in the evening when we checked in was amazing, the lady from the next morning however was very rude. We complained about the person next to us having a dog that was barking all night/morning, and she did not care. I wish we could have had the other lady when dealing with that situation!

Emailed site 3 times before my stay and received ZERO response.Room was very dimly lit. Pool towels were microscopic sized and thin as tissue. No wall mirror in the room made it difficult for 5 girls to get ready to go to dinner..

It was an OK stay for 2 nights, nothing special.

This hotel is a pretty standard Comfort Inn, the room was large and the bed was good. The spaces and the linens were clean but the sheets were not smoothed or ironed. The air conditioner / heater worked. The small refrigerator and microwave worked. After calling to the front desk for help I was able to get the TV to work.

I was only there 2 nights and did not partake of the breakfast or any other amenities beyond parking in their lot. The doors at the end of the hall near the parking were not usable by room key, which seemed strange to me. I have some trouble walking and this made the journey extra long and painful to have to enter at the main entrance instead of the entrance nearest my room. I suppose the "long term parked" RVs on the street behind the hotel may be the reason for locking those doors even to people with room keys, but it was painful and extra walking for me.

Our preferred spot to stay when we are in town

The manager was wonderful! Really kind, and helpful lady. We requested to have rooms together and they accommodated us and had our rooms ready early. Beds were super comfortable and rooms were decently sized. Everyone in our group was happy with the food and the hot tub. Cleaning staff is serious about their job and it shows. We have stayed at this location a few times and will likely continue to stay here when we are in town

It was good but the butter should not be kept in the frig. It was impossible to spread even on warm toast or a waffle.

Our room was right across from the freeway and very noisy. I do not think the hotel was full so it seems we could have been given a quieter room even just on the other side of the hall away from the road.

It was not terrible. The biggest downer was the room smelled like mildew or old cigarette smoke or somethin and the carpet was not very clean. The bathroom is pretty nice and much cleaner. I was under the impression it was a jacuzi room however it was not, tho the main tub is a good sized jetted hot tub for 2 w/space and doubles w/a nice high pressure showerhead. So my initial dissapointment was alleviated. In the end I think I liked this better than if it had been a tub in room since the room part was kinda ick. Anyway, a little over priced to but not bad. Not a good area tho but on site security was present. Id stay here again

Very rude staff. Had staff who said rules are this this and this then new staff and they said nooo rules are this this and this. The rooms are non smoking but they smelled sooo bad the beds had rust all over them we asked them to switch it and they said an I "all the beds are like that" gross

Its great used to stay here when I came to visit from Seattle I like their pool and jacuzzi, but this time the jacuzzi wasn’t working so that is why I couldn’t give a perfect 10, everything and everyone were great! I would recommend this place to everyone

Poor experience

We pulled up to the hotel to find several homeless people near the building and multiple clunker cars. The staff was nice but it was obvious the hotel was very run down. We chose to look for another hotel even though it meant losing the cost of one night's stay they wouldn't refund. Pictures on the site are not up to date.

Clean the hotel, some paint and put a security person in the lot. We didn't feel safe.
