The location and despite some reviews I had read, I found the breakfast buffet to be very good for this size of hotel. Sure there weren’t waffles, omelettes and fruit juices but given this is only a small hotel and not exactly a Hilton, I found the breakfast range to be very reasonable and good value for the price. Mind you I next stayed in a Hilton in LA for comparison.
I stayed 14 days and on the 12th and 13th days, cigarette smoke was in the bathroom, probably from the air vent passing from another room despite the smoking ban for guests. The smoke then entered the bedroom.

The staff was so kind and very helpful. They were very knowledgeable and I felt right at home
The only thing I can think of is already being taken care of. The elevators were down and being remodeled. I told them I would be back in 3 weeks when everything is done.
