The only thing I can think of is already being taken care of. The elevators were down and being remodeled. I told them I would be back in 3 weeks when everything is done.

The staff would not let me use booking.com reservation and made me book through them and then I was charged twice!
Staff. No bedding and it is freezing and the heater didn't get the room warm. Under construction. The shower head would not move and was set for my chest area vs my head.

The price seemed good. Until you realize there is a huge homeless encampment that you literally have to drive through to get to the motel. Like the driveway. Then it is supposed to have a pool for the kids nope. People smoking weed outside the front door. Just felt shady unsafe like whoa

The location was the only thing acceptable for this hotel.
The staff was unprofessional, inattentive, unable to locate when we needed extra blankets and pillows. Had to track down a staff member to get TV to work, loud party across the hall from us. We did not get much sleep because we felt so unsafe.

The staff were OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD amazing! The super polite (and funny) Polynesian lady at check-in (forgot her name) was so polite and accommodating. Then, the evening/night staff was the kindest woman, along with her husband. I asked for an extra blanket at midnight, and she was more than happy to go grab me one from the other end of the hotel and bring it to me. Her husband was sweating away, working on fixing something down the hall. Most likely all night...
I know that this building isn't the newest nor the most fancy... but this staff made my experience a 10/10. I would 1000% stay here again.

It seems like they have been remodeling since February, the pool still wasn’t Available the sheets were stained the towels were dirty hair all over the bathroom and on pillows the hotel is just old and seemed not being cared for properly anymore.

Location was good.
None of the amenities worked. The pool and spa was out of order. The breakfast was less than appealing choices, I had to actually ask for yogurt and didn't receive any hot food. The TV did not work in our room, the safe did not work in our room, the lights did not work as you enter the room. The room was dirty in corners and there was hair in the tub and the sink. I was not told about the $200 deposit until I checked in. The phone did not work and I tried calling the motel several times before checking in and the phone lines were not working. The staff said that the phone lines have not been working correctly and that only some calls would go through. I was very disappointed for the amount of money I spent and they pay a deposit for a place that none of the amenities are even working including the bathroom downstairs. I will not be coming back again unless there is a free stay for the inconveniences.

The staff was very unprofessional and not helpful. We were put on the second floor no elevator an had to carry up carry up all our luggage. The room had paint on the doors. It look like a kid had done the work. Asked for clean towels the second day never got them.

The room property is close to the mall and other businesses. The room had a smart TV so we could stream other channels.
No hot water. The AC did not work, the WiFi was terrible. Bed was as hard as a rock and the pillows were flat. There was a very large gap between the bed and the wall, so the pillows fell behind the bed constantly. At night there is no one at the front desk and the lobby doors were open. There were homeless or addicts in the lobby smoking dope and/or nodded off completely. The pictures in the room were on the ground and not on the wall. There was sticky stuff on the bathroom counter
I tried to check out at 10:30 am but no one was on site to do so. I had to leave as the WiFi crashed and wanted to refund the other two nights. I mean, we couldn’t shower, the room was hot and I couldn’t even achieve the goal of the room which was to be able to work using the internet connection. After leaving the property at 10:30 am, I called for FIVE HOURS and couldn’t reach anyone! By the time I did get in contact, the woman told me she would “compensate” me for the room, yet, she didn’t check me out and I got charged for all 3 nights. I’ve still not received a refund for the time we didn’t stay due to the issues with the hot water, AC and internet..

The front desk guy named Josh asked me my marital status then when I said I was married he got very weird. I don’t appreciate being hit on, feel free to term him that wasn’t cool- after I’ve arrived somewhere I paid to stay, and had been driving far so I was already exhausted. My children were with my husband and myself the hot water didn’t work at all so we could barely get clean. The noises in the hall and slamming of doors across the hall from us was a lot. We were in room 106 and had a horrible time with the keypad trying to get into our room. Honestly the money we paid was too much. I wouldn’t stay there again. I’d get better… staff. The ladies all were very sweet but the cleaning woman outside our door tried to come in our room when I said we paid for a late check out. She didn’t understand me saying one o’clock and honestly I got weirded out by that and Josh asking if I’m available.
Please do better. Not getting a hot shower was, well it was cold…

I only had trouble with booking.com when I booked they ask me to open the app to complete my registration but the registration didn’t follow so I had two registration in the end. Still working on refund for unused second registration! Your staff cancelled it already but only two dollars refunded by booking.com so far!!!

I pre-checked in and the receptionist could not find that information. I dId not know there was no elevator. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor and my mom has difficulty with stairs. Her TV did not work, but they replaced it in a timely manner. No breakfast at 6:30am when I went down to check. There was no hot water for showers. I believe they were short staff as there was no one at the front desk when we went to check out. Instead there was a basket on the counter with sign to place our room cards in.

The hotel cancelled our booking very late on due to issues with key cards. The hotel claims they cancelled the booking and refunded me but booking.com is still showing this as a live booking and i have yet to be refunded.

Room smelled, TV didn't work too good (Screen kept freezing every 5 seconds), shower curtain rod was installed at an angle so the curtains didn't stay closed. Complimentary breakfast was a tray of small yogurts and a tray of cupcakes.

Shower head didn’t work properly, mini fridge was actually a mini freezer, pool out of order, room keys not properly working, needed a broom or something to clean a mess (myself) and was immediately shot down and told to wait till the next day for house keeping.

No internet, no phone in room, TV did not work, zero food in morning as advertised, call ed hostel three times from my office and let itv ring for 10 minutes, nobody answered, tried to get a receipt upon check (twice) out but nobody at desk, the pool water was "green" , the outside of the building was extremely dirty and finally when I left I talked to the owner about the lack of services but he just laughed in my face and said have good day!
