All in all , we would stay there again .

Room was very comfortable. No coffee or tea in room. They were out of supplies. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a variety to eat along with made for you omelets.

I didn't like that you were to get a free drink and appetizer each night but there was no bloody mary mix or milk or creamer for what I drink. That was the first night we were there. The second night we did not make it back in time.

Room was immaculate and smelled amazing. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the property and area.

Not sure if anything could have been done to prevent this, but the fire alarm went off early in the morning. I stepped out of the door and the elevator had already been blocked. So not sure if there was a fire drill or an actual emergency. Alarm shut off fairly quickly, though.

The room was very clean and housekeeping was very good. Such heart warming and quiet atmosphere l. I highly recommend you to check out if you are in the area.

Nice, basic hotel. Great cook to order omelette option in the morning, with better than average breakfast offerings. I return to this hotel because the staffing and service remains consistent.

Great breakfast.

We chose this hotel for the evening reception with drinks and the breakfast with made to order omelets. It was wonderful. The room had a comfortable king bed and a comfortable pull out couch for the kids. I was pleased to get food from the bar ( pizza was a very reasonable price) instead of having to go somewhere after a long drive in. They had gated parking with security. I guess it may not be the safest area, but I felt safe. We came with our dog. I wish they had outside seating for breakfast. We had to take turns eating because you can't leave animals alone in the hotel room. So that was disappointing, especially since we paid extra to have our dog. That being said, they do have a nice fenced in dog area that was convenient for potty breaks.

For next time, I would ask for the second floor. The first floor was loud. We had our dog with us, so he kept barking as people were talking outside our window and door. It was a full hotel, so many people talking. Even though beds were comfortable, we didn't get great sleep because our dog was on alert. Mostly, I was disappointed in the pool area. Water was cloudy. Many people used it that day (hotel was full), and it showed. We went in and swam for 30min, but regretted it.

I won’t be using Booking.com ever again and I’m very disappointed in what has happened that’s 100 and some dollar charge

The property was fine. It was the service. It was bad. The service with you guys. Booking.com was bad. You guys were supposed to have sent them an email to cancel my reservation. Apparently it didn’t get canceled and I want it canceled. I’m getting a hold of my credit card and having them cancel it. It’s just all been a bad mess.

It turned out that they needed the money upfront cash money something to do with they had to have $100 hold on a card. I wasn’t there was a gift for my son that I was giving him a night stay in a motel and it all just became a big messed up mess and I called your company at like 1130 at night. They were supposed to email The motel and tell them to cancel my reservation. I don’t know what happened. Apparently it didn’t get canceled and my card was charged. I’m very very disappointed in what has happened

Nice place in a great location

Room was very spacious and comfortable. The room and entire facility was very clean. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Like the fact that the parking area is behind locked gates. Very nice breakfast, better than average. Complimentary drinks in the bar were a nice touch.

Not for me... I'm an eco-friendly traveller.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Sauna was nice but too loud and crowded until 8pm or so. After that I got to enjoy a bit of time in the dry sauna. Thanks!

Our first night we were given a room next to the boiler room. It was loud. I don't think anyone should be given that room. Better used as storage. We couldn't sleep well and were there for a chess tournament the following day. We were easily given another room which was quieter, but situated directly across from an elevator door. This was also noisy, not bad like the boiler room, but after having been switched for noise, I'd expect a quieter/less traffic area. Also, cleaning carts in hallways were filled with perfumey smelling cleaning products (typically laden with endocrine disrupting chemicals) so much so that I couldn't breathe walking next to them. For the health of guests and employees, I'd suggest this business learn about clean and healthy cleaning products.

A/C supper loud!

Got a Target store and a gas station close by, pretty convenient for me. breakfast was okay, better than nothing. room was spacious and clean.

A/C or heating was super noisy! like an airplane taking off. every 20 minutes or so it just went off for the whole night. I couldn’t turn it off because it was below 40 degrees outside and I didn’t wanna get frozen. But with that insane noise from the A/C, I didn’t sleep for a single minute for a whole night… I don’t know if it was just my room’s problems or other rooms’ A/C are the same, but I will never stay in this hotel again.
