Was clean and great walking distance to downtown I recommend this stay 100%

I believe his name was Gary, front desk. There was a minor situation with another room being loud and when we went down, he immediately took care of the situation and moved our room. Was so helpful and completely understanding.

Check in and check out was easy. I got placed in a double room even though it was just me so it was very spacious. They were able to break large bills into smaller bills. The beds were comfortable enough and the bedside lighting was a relaxing hue. The blackout curtains were effective and so was the AC unit. The location was within easy walking distance of many downtown restaurants and bars, for when I was hungry.

Doors and walls were thin, so I could hear a lot of people outside when I was trying to sleep. There were some hairs left around the sink and shower. The shower didn't really drain, and the toilet made a very loud sound when refilling. The toilet paper was left very low, and not folded into a triangle, but they did leave a spare roll nearby. There were also multiple small holes in the bedsheets which at first I thought were bugs. And the outlet closest to the coffeemaker 1) was too far away to use 2) didn't actually allow you to plug anything into it, so I had to move the coffee setup to the sink area. It's important to realize that some people are permanently living here.

Didn't know they had Breakfast.

Alot of late night noise from Others staying there. Need to enforce a NO NOISE ORDINANCE after 10 PM. People and Dogs were outside after 2 a.m. Talking loud and animals Barking. No CONCERN at all for others!!!
