I didn't even go in the room. I checked in and left then come back like a hour later and requested a refund because I had a family emergency and I hadn't even gone in the room at all, never used keys and never went past the front deak. The person working sid she couldn't authorize that and shed leave a note for the manager, I also sent a email through you guys and never heard anything back. I still want my money back and I'm not sure who to talk to, I'm extremely disappointed with your company and will never book with you again. And I still want my money back

Really appreciated the Track Lighting and the desk lamp. I liked the breakfast buffet on Sunday, August 10, 2025. This was race day at nearby Portland International Raceway. I was there for the NTT Indycar Series event. I did notice quite a few race fans staying at the Hotel. It was nice the room had a Refrigerator and a Microwave Oven, although I didn't need to use them.
One Light Bulb was burned out in my room. It was the Tall Floor Lamp. It was a nice Hotel, but seemed to operate with a skeleton staff. It always seemed like the staff was overwhelmed - however they handled the pressure with grace. They did the very best they could under difficult circumstances. Please hire more staff for this location. It was a little strange to have to take my own dirty towels downstairs to the lobby and exchange them for fresh ones. Also, somewhat strange to have to take out my own trash and locate replacement trash bags. Additionally, it seemed like a number of Homeless People with Vouchers from the local Homeless Authority were staying at the Hotel. You'd see them shuffle from the elevator, through the lobby, and walk outside to smoke Marijuana in the entryway. It was a little disconcerting when entering or exiting the Hotel to have to navigate through the cloud of Marijuana Smoke. I did see a vehicle for a Security Guard, but never saw the Security Guard himself/herself. On Monday, August 11, 2025, the breakfast buffet was a dud. Unlike the previous day, there were only Nutrigrain bars and Yogurt. Was the staff worried some of the Homeless Patrons would load up their pockets with breakfast items for later?

The rooms were very spacious and it was clean for the most part. The hotel just seemed a little outdated in general.
The location is not the best, but you do get what you pay for. The breakfast was granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee.

A decently sized room and a great kitchenette
The staff were not nice, the lady who checked us in was so rude, there were lots of drug users in the car park and outside the hotel which was very unsettling, they lit fires both nights we were there. The room wasn’t that clean
9.0 / 10.0
The room was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was the typical grab n go breakfast for Extended Stay America.
There was a dead bug in the bathroom. I don't do bugs.

The actual room was decent. The staff was kind.
There was a pervasive smell of pot every time you went into the hotel. The hotel was advertised as having a breakfast included. On two of the mornings, they were out of food, and coffee. On the third morning, they had two yogurts, and one package of hard boiled eggs. It was a disappointing breakfast spread, to say the least. Also, not that they can control this, but the location of the hotel was incredibly close to a huge homeless camp. Lots of people roving through the parking area.

Bad!
The front staff was rude to everyone that was checking in and asked a service animal to perform a duty that's illegal! The lady was awful to everyone and wanted to make sure there were no prostitution or drugs coming with anyone. We have never been treated so bad like that before. We felt racial profiled.

Comfortable and clean
The breakfas is not there! Booking should prohibit this establishment from saying it has breakfast. This is a deception there to the customer. There is only pure coffee and muffin.

Having a somewhat safe place to sleep I guess.
Reaked of cigarettes the moment I walked in, I asked about it, the front desk said there was no smoking inside yet it smelled terribly. Was there for 3 days and me and my family members all left with a cough. Next, there is a homeless community across the street luckily they are loaded with security but still. Room did not have all necessities, had to ask multiple times. Last but not least, I booked this place on the advertised free breakfast, every morning there was barely anything, no plates, silverware, or any food of substance, no hot water, no hot food etc. when asked; there was no solution.

Hotel was clean
No in-room service even with an 8 day stay. On day 5 when we asked for clean towels, we were told there were none. “Continental Breakfast” is actually only a “grab-n-go” that was minimally stocked

Thank you Jessica at the front desk she was so sweet and made us feel safe as girls traveling alone.
There was a lot of homeless at gas station and Burger King but they did not really seem to come inside the gates of this hotel parking lot.
It was fine for the price not a great breakfast selection but you get what you pay for lol

There was no truthful infotainment on the web, and we were never told about the laundry rooms, free Wi-Fi.
8.0 / 10.0
Staff was friendly and prompt to respond.
The lobby smelled, the hallways smelled, the room smelled, and each a different malodorous theme. There was no hot plate, dishes, cutlery, cups, or bowls in the room. Phone did not work. Elevator has quite a jump when moving one floor, needs a service, may be unsafe.
When I went to pick up dishes there was no wash tub to put them in, no drain rack available, no dish towels, no cutting knives, cutting board, or drinking cups. Was told Items were on back order including pillows, towels, toasters... Picked up a coffee maker but no filters or coffee available.
Breakfast was not as advertised. At 6am very little was provided. No eggs, 8-10 pieces of fruit, 4-8 packages of oatmeal, cups with no lids, next day lids with even smaller cups that don't fit, 1 bag of tea, 6 tiny muffins one day, 6 tiny yogurts the next, and nothing the following day. We did not expect a banquet, but this did not meet lowered expectations.
No trailer parking available, neighborhood is very rough with lots of homeless all around which seems to have closed all the restaurants that would be walking distance except for Burger King. The driveway in is in very poor condition with potholes right at the entry ramp.

Room was good and clean, not enough staff around at the main desk, and there wasn’t much out for the included breakfast. We ended up going out for breakfast every morning

8.0 / 10.0
Yhe staff was amazing the room were spacious, clean, looks to be newly renovated
I know its not the hotels problem but there was a un-homed camp set up across the street in the tree line. I got lucky and looked out my hotel room and watched a guy walk over to my car and try look in the windows. Was lucky enough to hit the panic alarm on my car.

Nothing.
Switched ownership without warning, no notice. No signs on the building to know where we were. Random furniture laying throughout the whole place. Carpet in hallways was filthy with mess from the construction on it. No one was at the desk, waited awhile before yelling “hello?” And someone came out. I requested a crib 3 times and ended up having to get it myself. Daughter (who’s not even 2) had to nap on the (very high) raised bed which was very unsafe, she hurt herself trying to get off. No linens for the crib, they handed me a flat sheet that I had to try and wrap the crib mattress in. The room REEKED of fresh paint, had a migraine from it the whole time we were there. The bathroom had no baseboards which left exposed walls and looked awful. There was an exposed electrical outlet in the bathroom. Homeless EVERYWHERE outside. Saw multiple homeless people literally smoking crack outside the hotel. Humans feces on the ground in various areas. One of the woman was trying to shove a straw up her butt, literally. As we were leaving, a man was outside the front doors screaming about something. I (28, female) felt extremely unsafe here with our daughter and would not let my husband leave us. We visit San Francisco often, where homeless are everywhere, but nothing like this. This was by far worse and more scary and dirty.
5.0 / 10.0
The property claimed they could not honor the reservation made through booking.com and charged me more than the initial reservation. There is no pool or hot tub as advertised. The building was surrounded by homeless people. They had active construction work going on in the hallway our room was located on. We had to move equipment out of the way to walk through the hall. And no one was manning the front desk either time we needed assistance.

The properly is passable.
The location is near where a lot of homeless and drug taking people are located. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot of variety.
3.0 / 10.0
Breakfast was included - scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, sausage, cereal, oatmeal selections. Room was clean and a good size and they accept pets. Fitness room had a treadmill, spin bike, free weights and an elliptical.
The area is super sketchy with homeless people all over the place. We were worried about our car parked outside. Almost all of the restaurants that were nearby are closed and boarded up. The hotel looks tired and is definitely NOT a 3 star accommodation. It is also currently under renovation and our room, though it did seem slightly updated, was quite odd. It had a "kitchenette" with lots of cabinets, microwave, sink, and stove range - but without the stove/oven! Also, no coffee, tea, cups, glasses, or plates provided in room, and only two, rough bath towels were provided. The bed looked like a wall pull down. Staff did not acknowledge you.
