309 had bedbugs, they change me and my sister rooms to 116. I had a double shift (16 hrs)next morning. I woke up and there was bedbugs in that room too.seems like they’ve had this problem for a while. motel 6 would be better than this. The walls are dirty. It looks like they don’t vacuum. The latches on the doors are broke. I should’ve got pictures of the rooms. By the next morning, there was bug bites all over both of our backs

It's reasonably priced, always seems to have a room when we need one and once you show your face enough and staff begin recognizing/remembering you, you can politely request the things you'd really like to have(and personally have access to!) in your room, or at least have access too!
Sometimes those "things" you wanted to be nearby or even just have access to are already deeply depleted and/or flat out gone (RIP wifi bandwidth.... especially if I'm working that day!). Also, they should really get a handy guest or two, offer them say a week or a month on the house In exchange for labor & fixing the minor cosmetic damage that seems to plague each and every room! If the Owner does happen to read this, I am currently staying there, have over 16 years as a journeyman finish carpenter & could REALLY use a work-for-room and board right now... Either way, I'd be happy to help and I have many skills!

There were bugs, tapped down floorboards, a door with a broken lock and a blocked eye hole. The walls were thin, we did not get the wifi we paid for, and the staff were sketchy.

I like the lo location
Staff discriminated against my dad for being disabled wouldn't allow him to get a room. Absolutely against the law the worker that worked with us should be fired and if he was the owner he needs a reality check. Wish I had it on footage of him denying my dad's service for being disabled. Would love to file a lawsuit going to talk to my union lawyer today to discuss the matter.

There wasn’t a lock on my door, there was drag racing from midnight until 2:30 am when I just left the motel bc I couldn’t sleep, the bed felt like a box spring, there was people doing illegal activities in the parking lot. Not safe at all and not worth the sixty dollars I wasted here

Nothing at all.
Honestly the furniture is all broken, there's NOTHING offered there, not even coffee, the bedroom wasn't ready when I arrived, the products like soap are just a bar that's so thin that looks like used, the doors aren't maintained; There's no water in the fridge, the TV wasn't working... Man, that's the worse hotel I've ever been.

Bathroom was clean and spacious
Room was old, bed sheets had stains, towels had stains, curtains had stains, walls had stains, and someone knocked at midnight and then at 7pm, separately both looking for another person. Location was sketchy and parking was full. Morning front desk was not very friendly and maid staff spoke little to no English.

Checking out!
Everything from the check-in that was late because they were cleaning rooms, that was a lie cuz mine was dirty as s*** after they cleaned it. I found a broken glass thing in the sheets and I turned them down so I'm sure that they didn't even change the sheets. This place was horrible. I don't care who you are what Walk of Life you're in this place is not suitable for human habitation. I wouldn't even put my dog in this b****.

Location is good, public transit fast food and grocery store are walking distance. Rooms aren’t pretty but you can tell that they do make an effort to keep things updated. My bathroom was recently remodeled and my room even had a smart TV. I have stayed at a lot of places in and around Portland and this place is the cheapest around and they also don’t require a deposit and you can pay with cash as well. If you are looking for quiet, make sure to get a room on the third floor as the rooms on the first and second floor can be quite loud depending on who is above you.
My room did not have a working phone or clock/alarm clock. Housekeeping staff did not knock on my door till after 12pm (check out is 11am). When I tried to extend my stay the older AA man who works the front desk refused to accept my payment and told me I had to check out. He refused to give me a key and I had to have a housekeeper open my room for me. I work nights and had been asleep and since no one knocked on my door till noon I was unaware that it was past check out time. I apologized and offered to pay a late fee but he just yelled at me and told me I had 5min to get my stuff or he would call the police and have me trespassed. Oh and I watched him accept late payments from two other guests in line before me.

The cleaning staff was excellent.
The unpleasant, disrespectful, intolerant, and rude office staff: a short, old, long-haired African-American gentleman. The fact that the check-out time is 11 a.m. doesn't give him the right to disrespect the guests.
I think they should be more selective when choosing people of that kind.
