The bed had burn marks in the comforter, there were dirty paw print marks on the sheet and the sink felt extremely loose

Serious bedbug problems, didn't realize this till I woke up around 1am and recorded several scuttling about. The staff is sound asleep so what is a man to do? I layed my sleeping bag out on the desk and got some unbugged sleep. And now I'll have to quarantine my clothes and backpack 😓 pain in my ass, especially at 84$ a night. Motel 6 is cheaper and somehow...NO BUGS!

Budget motel thats clean and comfortable. Fell immediately asleep corner room 9 was extra large with a king and a double bed and a lot of extra floor space. Fridge, microwave, cable tv and park right outside your room. Close to PDX, pretty quiet altho on a hiway not a bad area and a 24 hour mcdonalds across the street. Will be back!

The exterior resembled a seedy drive-in motel, especially since the area surrounding the back property was a vacant lot. The motel is conveniently located next to a TriMet bus stop and had several fast food chains across the street. At first appearance of my room, it looked clean and appointed with a bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, a desk, a wall-mounted tv, microwave, small refrigerator, a bureau, and an open closet. The bathroom was clean with a toilet, shower, a sink, and a towel rack. The towels definitely need an upgrade - they were small, thin, scratchy, and full of lint. The bed was uncomfortable, and upon closer view, I found a bug on the pillow, so I decided not to sleep under the sheets. The clerk, however, did allow me to check-in early(around 10:30am) as there was a room available. Normal check-in was 3pm, so I was grateful for his kindness. Unfortunately, for the one night that I was there, there was a street takeover at the intersection at 3am, and I was awakened to loud screeching tires that went on for 45 minutes. Many police cars, with sirens blaring, proceeded to drive up and down the intersection breaking up the takeover for the next 15 minutes. Apparently, the reason the police took so long in stopping these "car enthusiasts" was a shortage of staff! So be warned, this can be an "unsafe" area, but more likely, just bad luck and timing, so good luck!

Room was clean and staff helpful and location convenient, but location was very noisy- heavy traffic late & early. Some questionable activity in parking lot around 3:00AM - people sitting/sleeping in cars who weren’t staying at motel. One walked around going door to door. When I reported to staff was told “they aren’t doing anything wrong “.

I'd say the worst part of my stay was the staff. I had booked a room for 4 people and they stocked the room with 2 towels. (Not great and very small ones anyway). The clerk also asked for my pin number for my credit card on check in (I didn't give it to him) he seemed annoyed he had to open the office door to have me type it in myself. The room was fairly clean. Everything worked. Nothing terrible. Room wasn't cleaned over a multi day stay.

We stayed there so we could catch a 5am flight, so wasn't looking for alot of frills, didnt expect my granchilds feet to turn black, or the rag I used to wipe up the spot on the floor from her honey stick. Room looked nice, bed was comfortable.

This is an incredibly solid value motel option. If you're OK staying at budget friendly motels I can't recommend it enough. For the price, it's top-of-the-line. I will say it's not in the nicest area and the room was a little dingy but overall clean, fairly updated, and the air conditioner was awesome! I travel a fair amount and stay at a range of nice to bad hotels, and I really was impressed by this one for the price. We had a nice day and despite the area, it was well lit and felt safe.

I booked the hotel for three days, but I thought I booked it for four. On the fourth day, they called me and told me that my stuff was still in the room and I asked if I could extend my stay for one more day when I returned to the hotel to pay for the night They extorted extra money out of me in order to give me a key. Online I could book the hotel for $70 a night but they made me pay 100 in order to get back into my room. They knew I would pay it because all my stuff was still inside

The room was very clean and comfortable. I like the privacy of the entrances of the rooms because you can sleep good at night knowing your vehicle is right outside and easier to keep an eye on. I would stay there again!!

I was in town for 2 nights and this hotel is a great value. I wanted a place I could park my car for free and navigate the area easily. This place has both at a very reasonable rate. It's a great spot for when you just need a place to sleep while you do portLand stuff. It was about 10 minutes drive to downtown or Problemdense park. It's pet friendly (with an extra fee) which is important for me. I'd stay again whenever I'm looking for a good value for a short trip.

However when we opened a drawer they was a glass pipe along with other junk inside it. I'm sure anybody over 21 years old can figure out what that had been used for. Supposedly there was wifi but the password was not provided. There was working and apparently clean mini-fridge in the room. We probably won't be back.

Our stay at the Holiday Motel was fabulous... My fiance and I have been staying at several local hotels / motels in the area because of a house fire... The Holiday Motel was the best that we stayed at in the area. It was so clean and we look for that,.... Cleanliness is number 1 on our must have list for booking a room. And the manager, Ad, is very easy to talk to and very accommodating with our needs. We were only planning on staying one night, we've been there three nights so far.... We haven't left yet.
