Parking is convenient. Breakfast offerings were limited, but generally good quality. Staff at front desk was a new hire. She was pleasant and helpful.

Bed was too soft. Sofa cushions were too spongy and kept slipping into its frame. We were awakened at 3am when we heard the arrival of a large, noisy truck with squealing brakes, right outside our 2nd story window. Stopper in bathroom sink was broken; bottom of dishwasher was full of water. Although the hotel is close to the river, it is surrounded by other hotels and apartment buildings, so all you see is a narrow street, some parking, and buildings. It wasn't dreadful... it was just meh

The location wasn't the greatest not being close to anything to really walk to, but was only 20 minutes away from downtown.

Would definitely stay again!

The two room suite was so spacious. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kids loved the basketball court! And the breakfast was EXCELLENT!

You could tell the pool chemicals were off. Water really cloudy.

Our accommodations were adequate.

The room was large. Enjoyed having a kitchenette. The location was great for where we needed to be. The breakfast was good, with a lot of choices.

The room was dated and could have been cleaner. There were stains on the couch and the curtains. The toilet did not flush well. The road leading to the hotel was extremely tight, with street parking on both sides, making it hard to pass other cars, especially with a large vehicle.

Great staff, comfortable bed - awesome stay!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It didn't really have the feel of a hotel room - it was much more welcoming. It was our wedding night - there was a congratulations card, a bottle of wine and a room upgrade unexpectedly waiting for us when we got there. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was nice - maybe a little nicer than others I've been to.

Guests were smoking in the seating area right at the entrance to the building. In Oregon, it should be at least 15 feet away from the entry. It would be nice if you made an area that could accommodate smokers while also protecting the health of others. Also - it stank of smoke in the lobby- the only unwelcoming part of this visit.

Great for the night we stayed but needs to be cleaned up and a designated dog grassy area would be helpful.

The suite was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and supplied dishes! The ambiance walking in was lovely with the fireplace and open foyer. Very friendly service at hotel with considerations for best route to our room while elevator was being finished. Again a big kudos for the ambiance of the whole place.

There needs to be a trash bin or two out by the parking lot. There were dirty diapers tossed by the swimming pool fence and drink cups in the hedges along the walkway. Although the hotel was very accommodating that we had dogs, there wasn’t a place to take them to for relieving themselves.

All the construction is hard to navigate when your a visitor. But was easy to find with GPS. The price I paid was kinda like WOW that is steep , but I was will to pay as I know you guys have nice beds and a breakfast and we had along ride home the following morning.

Amazing staff and reasonably comfortable room in undesirable location

The staff was excellent.

The location didn't feel safe. There were used condoms in the parking lot. There were people sleeping in the sidewalk. The door to the lobby was locked. We were quickly buzzed in and keeping it locked days keep guests safer but the overall vibe was not great. Would not stay here again.

Great value hotel! Large rooms, great breakfast at a convenient location!

The chef that managed the breakfast bar was so helpful! I have stayed at many hotels and the breakfast buffet always has empty trays. Tia or Tanya was on top of everything and was incredibly friendly when I had a couple questions. Kudus to her to take pride in her work and provide exceptional customer service!

we needed a handicapped room and we were given an upgrade. we needed a king size bed and handicapped bathroom but to accommodate both we had been given a two bedroom with a queen size bed with a handicapped bathroom and the king sized bedroom had the usual bathroom.

I had surgery the day after our arrival and the seating in the rooms did not take handicapped accessibility into account. A chair with sturdy arms would have been very appreciated! There was a lot of street racing near the property and nights were noisy.

Perfect for groups wanting to be near the EXPO center

Great sized two bedroom suite for my group. Two bathrooms, love the common space and kitchen ammenities! Enjoyed the fireplace ambience and the tv. Even had a dining room table!

The staff here are wonderful. The front desk clerk was helpful and courteous. Lois, the housekeeper was very accommodating. The woman who worked in the dining room was friendly and efficient. I am a fan of Marriott’s!

Horrendous Residence Inn!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. I like the fact that Residence Inn comes with a kitchen. I was supposed to check-in in the evening, but my plans changed and I called the front desk to tell them, though the room type (1 bed room) I booked was allocated to someone else, I was upgraded (to 2 bed room) free of charge.

The upgraded room was horrible! There were no pillows on the couch, there was just a single pan to cook and was like a pot with a round wobbly bottom, no utensils. No dishwashing liquid and scrub was provided. The toilet was dirty! The bedroom cupboard had a dirty ear bud. Dark living room with no lights in the corners. I have stayed at other Residence Inns in Redmond and Bellevue, this one is a real bad one. Does not do justice for the value it offers. Don't stay here, unless you have no other place to go.
