It did not feel like a Marriott and felt more like a motel.

The price was decent.

Trying to find the location was difficult. Driving down Pier 99 was ridiculous and terrifying at night. We could smell cigarette smoke in our room, probably coming from smokers on patio. There was trash outside our window. There was confetti on our carpet. There was no body wash or conditioner in our shower.

A bit pricey but good for a few nights

It was right on the river and a good location for us, with our kids across river in Vancouver. On site parking. Nicely appointed rooms, with M/W and fridge, big screen TV.

Bar closed earlier than told at check in and nothing close by as alternative. Parking was not free. Breakfast (“included with room” but upcharge over non-breakfast room) didn’t have much choice - not a buffet (which we didn’t want/need) but more choice than either A or B would have been nicer.

I definitely would not recommend this establishment to others in the future.

Location

The front desk staff exhibited unprofessional and discourteous behavior, giving the impression that I was receiving a free service or using their personal fund. Upon on arriving at the front desk, around 7:00 PM on my check in day, I waited for assistance, the staff member came and toss some item onto desk in a manner the felt directed at me, before curtly asking, "How can I help you?". The front desk service exceptionally poot. I definitely would not recommend this establishment to others in the future.

Nightmare location, careless reception, rust filled bathrooms with broken towelbars.

I reserved a king room with a sofa. They gave us a small queen bed room instead, next to a very loud power area. The shower had rust on the walls. The towel bar broke when I tried to hang a towel over the bar. The hotel is in a horrible location. Open drug use and people high sleeping in their cars everywhere. We were worried that are car would be broken into or stolen during the night. They have underground parking, it was full and difficult to get around in. We were told to park at their sister hotel. That had cut open fences and homeless camps, trash everywhere. No security was seen anywhere. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone. I am shocked that it has so many positive reviews.

Loved the patio and the food was great!

The outdoor patio and view was great, and our bartender Wynter was awesome!!! Food was terrific and had a good vibe.

I don’t know if i booked an accessible room, but that’s what we ended up with. Not that it was bad but the shower made a mess and left the floor really slippery with the excess water.

Great staff and amenities

Excellent, friendly staff. The manager greeted me. All of the bistro staff were very nice. The maintenance person even helped me find a tiny screwdriver to fix my child's toy. The location along the river is beautiful. There's a firepit and fountain outside and a walking trail. It's close to Jantzen Beach shopping - just avoid rush hours.

The pool was out of service for one day due to a burst pipe, but they fixed it surprisingly quickly.

Comfortable beds. Quiet. Good location. Unforeseen expenses, however, and frustratingly poor design.

There is a Starbucks in the lobby. We all enjoyed our breakfasts: oatmeal, yogurt parfait and breakfast sandwich. Breakfast for the three of us cost around $75.

We were not told until we checked in that we had to pay for parking. Also, we deliberately left the room available all day for maid service only to find out at the end of the day that there is only maid service every other day. The bathroom sink faucet is so short that when you wash your hands the water goes all over the back of the sink. Also, pulling up to the garage, the card reader is on a pole, so you have to get out of your car to put the card in front of the reader.

Beautiful property, but find coffee and breakfast elsewhere.

The property had an amazing view of the river and quite a unique location. We loved the aesthetics of the hotel. The bartender was so wonderful the night we stayed at getting our sandwich orders right even though it was a busy place and loud. She took the time to get my daughter an orange when she asked for it.

The parking in the garage is so tight that people door ding your car. The bistro staff in the morning were too busy chatting with eachother to get our order right. Nobody had a smile or said anything and when we asked how to order breakfast the woman turned her head looking at her coworker instead so we still aren’t sure how the breakfast worked.
