The beds and pillows are so comfortable and the location over looking the park and just steps away from walkable downtown shops and the riverfront dining is perfect. Plus they are willing to accommodate our small dog.

The lobby really is super pretty when you first walk in and we had an amazing step into the new year by waking up and speaking with Annie at the front desk. She was super sweet and added that extra connection to the hotel!
The vending machine was out of water on two floors.

Loved the location: the park across the street was well lit and ideal to walk our pup. We loved the access to the waterfront shops and restaurants. The Saturday's Farmer's Market was also really enjoyable.

There was no breakfast included. We were able to buy a breakfast from the restaurant located on the property, and have delivered. I believe it was approximately $25 for what my husband ordered. We also ordered a small pot of coffee for $14. Prices seemed high.
The hotel was on a large piece of property, including a restaurant. They seemed to be short of employees. We arrived on Fri and left on Sun. The same gentlemen was handling Shuttle services and valet parking on Fri. On Sat we received a phone msg that there would be no housekeeping services, due to the weather( heavy rain) ??? The rooms were extremely basic for the price...almost $200 per night. Very basic, but clean.
